The host is friendly and approachable, and showed me many great places to eat. The place is very convenient to move around, there is 24/7 security so it feels very safe, the Co Ba cafe downstairs is also great. Check in was flawless! I was able to check in early as well. The apartment had everything I needed and the bed was very comfortable. This is a wonderful property. You don't really want for anything (pharmacy, convenience store, cafe all downstairs) amenities were great as well. Within walking distance to many thing's, but a good area to get a grab too. Communication is better than anywhere else ive stayed. The view became one of our favorite things to wake up to. If you're gonna stay for a while in Saigon, do yourself a favor and stay here.

I recently had the opportunity to stay here and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment is located in a prime location—just across the river from District 1, offering stunning views of the city skyline, especially at night. The unit itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped. The furniture and appliances were in good condition, and I especially appreciated the washing machine and the fully stocked kitchenette. There’s a swimming pool and gym, and security is available 24/7. The staff and host were friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay.
