Great location to be near all hospitals. It was clean and very equipped. The only big inconvenience to us was the fact there are no TVs in the rooms. When you have just left the hospital and have to lay down, you want to be in your bed not on a sofa in the living room.

A great home away from home

I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment was clean and spacious. The nice amenities. My favorite part was the pool and the gym. However, there’s not a lot of restaurants that are within walking distance. I would definitely stay again.

We loved our unit except for the peeling cupboards in the kitchen. Feel like this could have been fixed before we arrived. The corner units have great windows and a wonderful view. Really disappointed that the hot tub was not hot. This is our second time staying here and there is always something wrong/not working in the pool area.

Really surprised I found this property so close to MD Anderson. Location is a must when traveling to the hospital. Super clean, nice furnishings, balcony an added bonus, & the view from the 11th floor made a date nite perfect. Highly recommend. 1 item, have the key codes written down already or pulled up on your phone.

The property was overall great. The inability to get things quick and easy is a downfall. Our bathroom didn’t have cold water and the plumbing in the shower was loose and rickety.

Medcal Center accesible

Very nice property. Walking distance from the Medical Center. Only problem, there are no restaurants close by . With my night arrival and no one at the reception area, and no auto, I didn’t get anything to eat. But the facilities are excellent since it’s a brand new building.

Frustrating process to gather access to the building with no signage and then trips up and down the elevator to retrieve the parking pass, then, back to the car to actually park. Overall area was nice. Some issues as you can see in pics below. Communication on check out was delayed and unclear.
