Nice classy apartment near subway station

It’s a nice & clean & new apartment close to Gumpendorfer Station about 10 mins walk. However, it lacks the human touch cos every thing is computerised. Luckily I did the check-in online when they emailed me for the check-in details. They got my last name mixed up & tried several times to check in as per instructions but failed then something striked my mind..they must have used my middle name as my last name..I tried it & bingo it went thru...I panic at that time and there was nobody I could turn to...that’s what I meant !!!! I would go back if the price is right and as for the location...there is nothing much there only a supermarket right in front & few restaurants nearby.

Good stay minus tdchnical difficulties

The apartment was clean and modern. Check in was easy just a little timely. In communication with the property beofew our trip I asked about early check in if our room was ready and was told it wouldnt be a problem and we could store bags if it wasnt ready. Good thing someone told us we would be charged for early check in if we checked in before 2:30pm. We chose to store out bags in the basement locker to avoid the fee. I'm not sure how you would get access to the locker without checking in to open the electronic door though. Someone just happened to be there so they opened it for us. Location was about 8-15 walk to the station or main Mariahilfer area which we didnt mind. We only had one issue where towels were not replaced after cleaning and we had no way to communicate with the property. They do have an app but it is not managed after 6pm. There is an emergency number but as Canadians we were traveling with data only and no direct number so we couldn't use the emergency number so no towels until the nect day. Would stay again and hope that no emergency occured.

很好的住宿地方，適合家庭和多天逗留的人。

地點離地鐵站和巴士站都不遠，約10鐘路程，有廚房設備方 便會煑食。 沒有接待處，需要輸入電腦資料，根據指示才能check in ,不熟悉電腦的可能有點麻煩。 總括來說是一個不錯的選擇。

Das Apartment war sehr gut ausgestattet und perfekt für einen Städtetrip. Direkt gegenüber war ein Lebensmittelladen, der Bus ins Zentrum war etwa 5 Minuten entfernt. Auch fanden sich einige Restaurants fussläufig oder innerhalb einer kurzen Fahrzeit mit dem Nahverkehr.

Gute Lage, alles neu, bequem.

Liegt gut, alles ist neu und bequem. Das Apartment ist etwas eng, aber es passt. Check-in war etwas kompliziert, da trotz Buchung über booking nochmals ein Betrag von der Kreditkarte abgebucht werden sollte. Nach kurzem Rückruf wurde das Problem in 10 Min behoben.

Close to public transport and the city center. The room was modern, clean and practical with a big bathroom. There is a grocery store just crossing the street which is very convenient. The place was great, I loved my stay here.

Alles super - sehr neues Appartement mit Küche und Waschmaschine und Trockner im Keller. Viel Stauraum im Appartment und schöner Kühlschrank mit Eisfach. TV im Wohnzimmer. Leider war der Zimmerservice etwas schluderig. Betten wurden nur manch mal gemacht und leider in der Woche auch nie neu bezogen. Sonst aber sauber.

괜찮은 숙소입니다.

숙소가 굉장히 깨끗하고 시설이 좋았어요. 각 숙소 간격이 꽤 좁아서 숙소를 이동하는 다른 사람들과 테라스 쪽이 가깝긴 했지만 크게 불편하진 않았어요. 체크인할 때 문제가 좀 있어서 컨택을 시도했는데 연결되기까지 조금 오래 걸리긴 했지만 결국 받아서 해결했어요.
