Location next to TCAT with a 7 min walk was the best - easy even with luggage. The hotel has all amenities needed for a family including washer and dryer at a fee. There was a rooftop which was lovely. There was also a 24hr noodle shop one could visit if you are ever hungry, plus a Lawson’s just around the corner. The best was the service rendered by their staff, especially Sirhat, he helped us with a beautiful surprise in the room with balloons and banners for my daughter whom we celebrated her 15th birthday with. Great chain, will always stay at Mimaru when we visit Japan.

The hotel was great and very near the TCAT so it was super easy getting a bus to Haneda in 25 minutes. It isn’t that near the main Central Area of Tokyo but it’s not too bad getting there via the subway. The hotel room was clean and very large so super comfortable for a family of 4.

Favourite place to stay in Tokyo!!

Enjoyed our stay with Mimaru Nihombashi Suitengmae. the front desk is very helpful and converses well in English. the location is quiet despite being near the train tracks. Housekeeping is punctual.

Home away from home

We travelled as a couple in our early 50s with our two teens 17 n 19 years of age. We stayed in room 404 which had two bunk beds and two single beds put side by side . This arrangement was good as we got good sleep in our ' individual' beds..Room was spacious compared to the regular hotel rooms we previously stayed in downtown Shinjuku. The photos in the website reflects the room . Room was spacious to fit 4 pieces of large size luggage bags with room to walk around. The toilet is seperate from shower . Two rooms so this is convenient for guests. The shower room is generous in size n the shower jet is by far, the most powerful one I have ever used ! It's Super relaxing after a day of sightseeing n shopping. Bathroom counterspace is sufficient for 4 toiletries bags. Hotel has coin laundry room on first floor.,3 washers n 3 dryers. Packet of laundry detergent cost 120yen. Wash cost 300yen n dryer (1/2 hr) cost 300yen. Very convenient n definitely a plus as we travelled light . Lots of restaurants n convenience stores around the corner. Bring near City Airport terminal n train station (2 min walk) is great! Aeon supermarket 5 min walk away is great for families who wish to cook a meal in the service apt. The apt has cutlery plates cups .cam borrow rice cooker, ironing board n iron plus other electrical appliances from front desk.We rented a car n there is a lot of street n covered parking facilities near the hotel 1 min walk. Tsukiji mkt n Disneyland about 10 n 20mins drive away

We like that it's super close to the train station, grocery seven eleven, and tons of restaurants within a walking distance. The room is very nice and comfy. The staffs are exceptional.
