The property is SO close to many shopping and dinning options. There are 2 restaurants right out the front door! Acropolis Hill & the Acropolis Museum is only a 5 minute walk! Great location! The apartment was also clean and the 2 bedrooms were perfect for my family of 5. The AC was a must and extremely welcomed since in was so hot (we went in the middle of July).

Desorganización y sin empatía al check in.

El departamento muy bien ubicado ,lindo y grande. Nuestro problema fue al check in. Llegamos el 13 de julio en barco desde Heraclio ,un poco después de las 5 am. El día anterior hablamos con Ianis quien fue muy gentil al darnos algunos datos considerando nuestra llegada de madrugada. Cómo sabíamos que el check in era a las 15:00 ,guardamos nuestras grandes maletas en custodia,hicimos la Acroplis y almorzamos . alrededor de las 14:00 hrs llamé para ver la posibilidad de ingresar antes . Me respondieron que no y lo entendí ,por lo tanto ajustamos nuestro tiempo y fuimos por las maletas ,llegando al departamento a las 15:05 . la Sra de la limpieza estaba ahí y le faltaba el 50 o 60% de la habitación ,me pidió dejar las maletas y le respondí que ya no podía más del cansancio. por esta razón llamé nuevamente al contacto y me dijeron que los anteriores inquilinos habían dejado el departamento muy sucio. respondí que estaba cansada pero que trabajo en hotelería y se como es este trabajo..No recibí una respuesta adecuada y la Sra de la limpieza se retiró después de limpiar el piso y el baño ,alrededor de las 15:45.
