We stayed in a studio. Dated accommodation. Not particularly well equipped kitchen. Water way too hot from taps to boiling point. Positives - good view, bottle of water, tea and coffee supplied.

The room was dirty. We stayed there 3 days and it wasn't cleaned once during out stay. The toilet seat was dirty (yellow stains) and looked like it hadn't been changed for years. The bathroom floor had stains and there was hair in it when we arrived. It was pretty dirty.

The drain in the shower filled up quickly and let through a bad smell. Bed sheets weren't cleaned when room was cleaned, the bed was just made (2 pen marks on the sheet proved this)

Mooie omgeving, maar we waren weggestopt in een soort bunker van een bijgebouwtje met haast geen daglicht. Met schimmel op de muren en compleet vergeelde voegen in de badkamer geen prettig verblijf.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht. Zur Selbstverpflegung ist das Hotel nicht geeignet. Die "Küche" enthält keine Herdplatte und nichtmal einen Toaster. Das Zimmer war selbst beim Einzug nicht sauber - die Dusche schimmlig. Bei 6 Tagen Aufenthalt gibt es nur eine Zimmerreinigung. Die Zimmer sind hellhörig und viel zu klein. Ein Tisch war im Zimmer ebenfalls nicht vorhanden. Als wir an der Rezeption nach einem anderen Zimmer fragten, wurde uns gesagt, das sei nicht möglich-das Hotel wäre voll. Erst nach Reklamation über Expedia bekamen wir ein Anderes, das aber auch nicht viel besser war.

Decepcionante, no coincide con la descripción.

Habitación muy pequeña, no coincide con la descripción. Al elegir la habitación, en las fotos y en la descripción aparecía con balcón y sala, habitación minúscula y más para ser un 4 estrellas. La habitación era un zulo, en la planta inferior con una pequeña ventana en la parte superior. La limpieza era para una vez a la semana, no había toallas en la habitación.

Une beau paysage ne suffit pas

Bien placé, le parc a l'air entretenu. Les studios sont assez grands mais nous avons vécu notre pire nuit de notre vie dans un hôtel 4 étoiles ou plus. Des voisins alcoolisés bruyants ont écouté la musique très fort dès 17 heures et nous avons dû faire intervenir le réceptionniste après minuit qui n'a pas su se montrer autoritaire. Il a dû intervenir au moins deux fois et n'a pas souhaité que j'appelle la police pour faire stopper les nuisances sonores. Au départ, un autre réceptionniste peu éloquent et courtois, et qui était au courant de notre horrible séjour - ne s'est pas excusé au nom de l'hôtel et n'a pas dit au revoir. J'invite la direction de cet hôtel à reprendre des formations hôtelières pour ses collaborateurs. La Suisse en propose d'excellentes. Il doit en exister aussi au Portugal. D'autre part, la piscine est grande mais les transats et les parasols sont vieillissants voire abimés. Le même groupe fumait et buvait dans des bières sans que personne de l'hôtel n'intervienne. C'est donc un hôtel que je ne recommande pas. Il n'a pas le niveau pour un tel domaine.

Estancia mejorable.

En este alojamiento destaca la tranquilidad del entorno que favorece el descanso y la desconexión. No obstante, hay que comentar varias cuestiones. La habitación, básica con vistas a la piscina, cuenta con microondas, frigo pequeño, cafetera y calentador de agua. La cama es cómoda, no así las almohadas. El mobiliario de la terraza, dos sillas y una mesa, estaban lleno de tierra cuando nos entregaron la habitación, la terraza no tiene luz, así que lo de cenar por la noche en la mesita, nada de nada. Tiene dos piscinas, una muy pequeña y cercana a la zona de las habitaciones básicas, y otra, más grande, en el edificio principal. Esta última, carece de suficientes tumbonas y sombrillas y varias de ellas en mal estado. El Resort no dispone de restaurante, lo que supone una incomodidad, lo más cerca para desayunar es la Casa Club del campo de Golf (5 minutos en coche). El desayuno buffet es caro y malo, penoso el pan y el café. Mejor se desayuna en la cafetería del supermercado cercano (Apolonia). El resort está apartado de todo y es necesario coger el coche para cualquier cosa. También es verdad que todo está a 15 minutos aprox. El aparcamiento del resort, al llegar de cenar por la noche, estaba muy oscuro, podrían colocar dos farolas para que se vea donde pisa una, por lo menos. Las chicas de recepción fueron agradables, pero ya podían explicar al huésped sobre el resort, donde comer etc., en nuestro caso solo nos dijeron el numero de habitación y el edificio donde estaba.

Quando chegamos e fizemos check in e nós dirigimos ao estúdio, faltam a as toalhas, lençóis na cama da minha filha, nem feita estava, faltava luz na Cozinha. Estive que solicitar várias vezes a intervenção da receção que foram exemplares e extremamente simpáticas e prontas a resolver os problemas. De resto cinco estrelas, recomendo

Falta un shuttle al pueblo

El complejo está a unos 5 km. del pueblo más cercano y no hay comunicación alguna, lo que hace IMPRESCINDIBLE disponer de un coche. Si no tienes coche, lo vas a pasar muy mal, porque vas a utilizar mucho los taxis.
