Location is a win-win as its just across Pacific Fair shopping centre, which has 400 shops to eat both local and high end brands. The mall closes 5pm on some days and 9pm on some. However, some parts of the patio closes late till 10pm so can still get food if not cooking. Apt hotel full equipped with kitchen n laundry. But no housekeeping unless you stay more than 8 days. And if you need internet, the wifi is available with a price. Broadbeach south station is also across where tram service takes you to Helensvale and connect to theme parks with bus service TX7. They also.have buses that goes to other parts of Gold coast or even airport. The people are friendly. And since the apt is near Kurrawa beach e breeze is so cooling even though the sun is out. Generally food is pricey but fruits n groceries are resonable at Coles, K mart or Woolsworth. I enjoyed the Skypoint observation at Surfers Paradise. It is a must do activity at reasonably good price and you can view 360deg of Gold coast.

Very convenient location, I love the spacious living room. The room view was so beautiful. The receptionist are so helpful & allow us to early check at 9.30am. Wonderful place to stay, just 5min walk to the beautiful beach.

2 room apartments had huge common areas with fantastic ocean view. Well-equipped with kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Really great for families! Only caveat is that there’s housekeeping only twice a week (I think) so tidy up after yourselves.

Air conditioning not cool

Stayed for 2nights but could not close the bedroom door because the air conditioning was not working well. The coolest part of this two bedroom apartment was the kitchen area! On the last night they brought us a standing fan after we complained. We couldn't open the windows because it was noisy from the traffic outside. If not for the location (walking distance to Pacific Fair Shopping Mall n Jupiter Conrad Casino) we would prefer to stay somewhere in Surfers Paradise.

I select two bed room apartment ocean view, feels comfortable and happy. Big living room, big toilet and nice open kitchen. if you travel with big family or some friends, this hotel is good choice.

Great stay for my running holiday.

The destination was a last minute decision and I want to include running as part of my holiday , so I choose Goldcoast and I was not disappointed . Very conveniently located . Within walking distance to the beach and mega malls. The apartment is very well furnished and adequately equipped (and very importantly , in good working order) for all types of travellers - long or short term stay. I used the Gym daily and am happy with the quality of the equipment as well. Front desk service personnel were very helpful and courteous. I will definitely choose to stay here again in my next visit.

Nice property. Plenty of room in the apartment. Clothes airers for washing was much appreciated. Quite noisy during the night with traffic, roadworks and people about. We were on the 8th floor.

Good location with large rooms.

Good size rooms with full kitchen and laundry facilities. Issues were dealt with promptly. Good location with a short walk to shopping centre, Draculas, Casino and many restaurants. Fantastic beach close by. Would stay here again. Enjoyed watching the lightning over the mountains!

Check in was difficult. We arrived after hrs, no issues getting keys but room was set up for 4 people, and not 5 as per the booking. The car park allocated could not be found. Eventually sorted out but not exactly smooth. Other than that the place was great!

I am writing to provide a review for this hotel room. I don’t usually write reviews but the recent disappointing experience made me want to share with potential customers. Here is our experience: - First of all, the location was the best thing as it was very close to the Pacific Fair Centre. - ⁠However, when we checked in, we found that the room was in an unacceptable state, with visible food debris on the floor and significant grime in the bathroom. - In the guest bathroom, the cracked, leaking sink posed a safety hazard and potential for water damage. - We were appalled to find a used towel hanging in the room upon arrival, a clear lapse in basic housekeeping standards. - The staff's customer service was unsatisfactory. The staff on the first day was nice and helpful and she promised that we can get as many towels as we need (as we have a party of six and we were going to swim). However, the staff on the following day was different: she said she will charge us AUS 4 dollars if we get more towels on top of the towels that we got for swimming. When I said the dirty made me allergic, she respond, “I have allergy too.” When I said there were cockroaches, she said, “I will mark it down.” Basically, she did not seem to be helpful and didn’t do anything to ameliorate the situation - Worst of all, we discovered 4-5 cockroaches in the kitchen - a major health and safety violation requiring immediate pest control and deep cleaning. Overall, please think twice before you choose.

Good Stay

Check in ladies were amazing & very helpful. Room was good, a few wear & tear things but to be expected. Couch & pillows not very comfortable but I might be picky. Check out guy was borderline rude - called at 10:30 to tell me check out was 10, when I explained I’d been given a late check out of 11 he said “I can’t see that on your file” - now I feel like I need to check I wasn’t charged extra for it.
