Отличное место!

Отличный отель в сердце города! Вежливое обслуживание, доброжелательный персонал. Чистые и уютные просторные номера. Завтраки в варианте шведского стола отличные. Проблема с мини баром. Холодильник закрыт на ключ, а ключи, по необъяснимым причинам, не выдают. На ресепшене не смогли дать внятного ответа. В ресторане при отеле, достаточно помпезном, приготовили салат Цезарь с покупными сухариками и готовым магазинным соусом, о чем официант открыто сообщил после того, как подали салат. Но в целом, осталось хорошее впечатление от пребывания. Если ещё будут поездки в Минск, то остановимся только в этом отеле.

Serviço decepcionante

Café da manhã é decepcionante, pelo mesmo valor cobrado pelo hotel é possível ter uma refeição muito superior em Minsk. O quarto não corresponde exatamente às fotos presentes no site, bastou mover uma mesa de lugar pra encontrar sujeira sob ela, sendo necessário solicitar que viessem com um aspirador de pó. Havia uma goteira persistente numa das aberturas do sistema de condicionamento de ar. O serviço do hotel frequentemente esquecia o que havia sido solicitado, sendo necessário fazer as mesmas solicitações várias vezes. A experiência do check-in foi péssima, embora pela Expedia/Hotels.com deveria ter sido realizado check-in prioritário, primeira vez que experimento tal inconveniente. Não ficaria novamente no hotel, o qual parece viver de alguma reputação conquistada num passado já longínquo.
