Solicitação de reparo não atendida.

É a segunda vez que fico neste hotel. A primeira, sem problemas. Entretanto, dessa vez fiquei decepcionado. O cofre não funcionou. Solicitei conserto. Foi aberto pelo hotel uma ordem de serviço, entretanto não consertaram. No dia seguinte fiz outra solicitação de conserto, entretanto, ninguém foi ao quarto consertar e sequer deram satisfação .

Estrutura do hotel, no que se refere as acomodações muito boas. Quarto amplo, limpo, cama muito confortável, café da manha bom. Decepcionante no que se refere a equipe de atendimento. Desde ao fazer o check-in ao check-out, em nenhum momento percebemos a satisfação no atendimento. Nem um simples sorriso. Detalho algumas situações abaixo: - Dificuldade de acessar o quarto ao inserir o cartão. Permanecemos com om problema até tarde da noite, quando ao reclamar na recepção, um funcionário verificou que seria necessária a troca simples de pilhas no sistema. Porque não solucionaram quando da primeira vez que apresentou o problema no momento da chegada ao hotel ou verificações periódicas das maçanetas? ; Para usar a piscina, não nos informaram sobre a necessidade de pegar o cartão de acesso junto a recepção. Ao verificar que o cartão do quarto não acessava, nos dirigimos até a recepção que nos direcionou a um funcionário que se encontrava próximo ao portão. Este nos informou que o cartão estava na recepção. Por fim utilizou o seu cartão para abrir o portão; Perguntamos se havia atendimento de bar na piscina. Fomos informado que sim, porém teríamos que sair do ambiente, nos dirigir até o interior do hotel para solicitar o que queríamos; Ao sair a noite para um evento, perguntamos se havia convenio do hotel com taxistas. o funcionário apontou para um adesivo onde havia alguns telefones. Optamos por acessar nosso aplicativo de Uber, diante da resposta gestual;

É um hotel de pouco preço porém bom atendimento e excelente “ buffet”de café da manhã.Otima piscina e fácil acesso à praia e quase todos os quartos tem sacada com vista linda! O único senão é que o interfone não funcionava e para pedir mais toalhas e travesseiros tínhamos que ligar do celular para o hotel !

poderia ser melhor

Recepção excelente. Apto amplo, arejado, banheiro com vazamento para a área do vaso e da pia, encharcando o tapete de chão. Esse problema continuou durante a hospedagem, sendo q um dia nem tapete colocaram. Dis seguinte na recepção di buffet meu nome não constava da lista para cafe. Tive que confirmar na recepção do hotel sendo atendido por uma senhora mal educada, ao contrario do outro recepcionista da noite anterior.

Hotel dentro do esperado, no entanto ACADEMIA E VAZAMENTO de agua durante o banho pelo box deixaram o o quarto péssimo, falta de manutenção. A academia é um fiasco. Atendimento na chegada foi bom, quarto com bom espaço, ar condicionado também bom.
