Property was not close to the area where we stayed the most. However, it was calm, safe, comfortable ,and with a nice restaurant. We took taxis for transportation and in this way we could know more of local culture. All in all, it was a very nice option for us.

Friendly and courteous staff. Front desk will arrange for a car service for points of interest. Nice, peaceful pool area. Property seems safe however there are not many restaurants or shops nearby. The location does not seem walkable.

Modern and lovely resort in Phuket. The room was clean and had a great view of the pool. We were even given a small surprise upon check in as we were celebrating an occasion. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. They offered free shuttle services to the boat avenue and the beach. They had laundry services but only did them by piece, as we are backpackers we had a lot of laundry to do but they kindly suggested where we would find a service nearby. The area is quiet and a only a 15 min walk to boat avenue in case you had missed the shuttle. Loved that they had floating beds for the pool.

Nice large complex, family orientated, beautiful fresh clean rooms a very safe complex, bang tao beach only a 15 minute walk or free shuttle provided by hotel to the beach or local shopping area boat avenue, local restaurants nearby within walking good i enjoyed the green leaf across the road seafood restaurant thai cuisine. Didn't eat at the hotels restaurant more european feel with a few Thai options overall great experience

Good value in Bang Tao

Diamond Resort is a good value place to stay in Bang Tao. It's clean and comfortable, serves a decent breakfast and the pool is nice. We went for the grand two bedroom apartment, which was plenty big enough for a family with a small child/children. Don't go for the pool two bedroom, it's much smaller and darker overall.
