The room had everything for a functioning kitchen, but no wash cloths or facial tissues. The memory foam mattress was very hot and made sleeping difficult.

Ok hotell men lite avigt läge och enkelt pentry

Först de bra sakerna: Rummen är i ok skick. Städning innan incheckning bra utförd. Läget är intressant (typ ett par hundra meter från Basilique du Sacré Coeur de Montmartre) med utsikt över Paris (tråkigt nog inte över den kända vyn utan åt ett annat håll som mer är som en förort). Närmaste tunnelbana är ~10 min promenad bort. Dåliga saker är att det saknas icke-franskspråkiga TV kanaler, pentryutrustning är under all kritik med bara TVÅ av varje sorts glas, bara två plattor (spis av väldigt enkel typ) så duger bara för väldigt enkel matlagning och man måste ständigt diska (trotts att det finns en pytteliten diskmaskin). Toaletten har väldigt begränsade produkter (bara kombinerad tvål / schampo i en automat på väggen med mycket parfym och handdukarna är små och tunna). Montmartre är ganska ordentligt "off" jämfört med de flesta typiska turistattraktionerna som museer etc. så man får ta tunnelbana ~20 minuter eller promenera ~45 minuter. Det blir MYCKET uppför och nerför när man går (och kullerstensgatorna må vara pittoreska men lirar inte väl med väskor med hjul). In allmänhet ser jag inte hur det här hotellet kan vara klassat som 4 stjärnor - känns mer som 3.

Très bon séjour au calme vue sur jardin et clocher du sacré coeur. Je n'ai pas utilisé la partie petit déjeuner, la kitchenette étant bien fourni en matériel et des magasins proches de l'hôtel.

Great place to stay, but there are some limits.

I recommend the Odalys City Paris Montmartre overall. It is in a great location near the Basilica of Sacre Coeur, at the highest point in the city. Behind it is an amazing square with many shops and restaurants. The area seemed very safe. And the bus and metro can take you to other sites. Also, the room was spotless, well-appointed, and had a very comfortable bed. The kitchen even had a tiny dishwasher, which you will need if you are using any of the dishes. It was quite convenient. We encountered only two problems. 1) The shower was also a soaker tub, so it was very deep. It was also very slippery, with nothing to grab. The shower door was only a half door and swung out, so would provide no support. The bottom of the tub had no texture or mat. And there was no grab bar. Neither of us slipped, but we here very careful. I did slip in a similar tub in Canada so I was extra careful. Note to the hotel: A mat in the shower would really help. 2) The internet was sketchy most of the time. We were given 2 different networks and 3 passwords. They would work for a time and then crap out. That was pretty inconvenient. 3) They do have a laundry but your need to have 1 or 2 euro coins. They have no change machine and the front desk refused to make change. If you want to do laundry, be prepared.

8 day stay.

Great location and friendly staff at the front desk. Common areas of the hotel were clean. The housekeeping is good, but you need to pay an extra fee for your room to be cleaned (we had ours cleaned once in 8 days). You also need to pay extra for towels if you want fresh ones (other than on your cleaning day). There is a spa, but you need to book and pay extra. Breakfast was very good..but adds up quickly as an addition to your bill if you are planning on having breakfast for several days on a long stay (its also a charge per person, not just by room). Overall was good stay and a great location, however, the extra fees were a little bit annoying but partly not surprising with a prime location in Paris. Pro tip- We found the line 12 metro station "lamarck - calaincourt" to be easier to use due to an easier walk than the chateau rouge station on line 4. (Less stairs/hills). I would book this location again if I were stay in Montmartre again in the future.

Wonderful hotel!!

Fantastic hotel right in the heart of Montmartre. Staff are super friendly and very helpful. Great kitchenette in the room. Shower was hot with good water pressure. Bed was a touch hard for me but that’s such a personal thing. Would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat!

Not 4 star hotel. Service not good, staff seemed uninterested, unhelpful and understaffed. Breakfast was often empty (no bacon, no eggs, orange juice empty, no milk), had to ask for things and wait. Asked staff for information, they just said dont know, cant help. Was clean though and very well placed in Paris and everything we wanted close bye
