Worst hotel staff I have ever met. Staff Jina chased my elderly parents to not stay in the lobby and not sit and sleep on the sofa after a long overnight flight. We reached around 9-10am in the morning and she did not make any effort to allow us to check in early or make us more comfortable after the long 8 hours flight. She also refused to help my parents to go to the toilet a they do not really speak English( my dad wrote a WC on the paper but she just pretended that she did not understand.

Hotel with great location

Hotel is located in the middle of Central & Museum station, and also 3 mins walk to nearest Lightrail hence very convenient. It is also walking distance to nearest Coles supermarket, near to many eateries of various choice, and about 10mins walk to Pitt Street mall.

Nice hotel close to Capitol theatre

Pleasant experience.Close to Capitol Theatre and Paddy's market. Swimming pool does not have sufficient chairs/tables to place towels.

The location is very convenient. Service was excellent and prompt, acceding to our requests for luggage storage, late check out and printing of confirmation emails. Room was very clean and neat, with great views on higher floors. The only downside would be the 30min free wifi that's only available every 24 hours.

House keeping

I stay there for a week. It was a pleasurable stay for me as it is right in the city. The only thing is that the house keeping does not change the bed sheet even if there are sign of blood stain after a night sleep and they do not sweep away hair falls left on the bathroom floor. All they did was to change the towels and make the bed even if it has stains in it.

Great Option for Stay Near Surry Hills

I didn’t know what to expect, so I was pleasantly surprised at the facility and the amenities of the Oaks. I chose this location based on the proximity to transportation and shopping options. The are is extremely walkable so that added to the enjoyment. Pros: - Well equipped unit; won’t need anything but the food ad drinks. - Pool and Hot Tub (Bring towel from room) - Washer and Dryer in unit (w/complementary soap) - front desk has plug adapters upon request - Nice Air conditioning for the hot days - Iron for clothes - my unit had a 2 balconies for fresh air and views Cons: - nothing significant to mention, just a little dated in some places. Overall, great place for solo, couples or families. Easy access to Chinatown and Paddy’s Market. Short walk to world market. 20 min to rocks or airport by train or bus. Would definitely recommend this for a short stay in Sydney and for the price you can’t really beat it.

Very convenient location. Easy walk to tram stop at Chinatown. Great spot for accessing Central Station trains and buses. This is an older complex but unit was clean and tidy. We had a 1 bedroom unit on the 20th floor with laundry and balcony. Very comfortable and good to have an outlook rather than staring into another building. Air conditioning was inconsistent. At times it was really cold and then through the night it was too warm. Comfortable bed. Clean linen.
