Room was great, very spacious and basically a one bedroom appartment with microwave, stovetop and laundry machine. Breakfast buffet was excellent and staff were great. The pool was great as well. Would definitely book here again!

Our one bedroom suite at the Alpha Suites was perfect. The views were amazing, the kitchen was fully equipped (although we didn’t do any cooking), and it was so helpful to have in-room laundry. Dining choices were extensive and the food was excellent - our dinner was one of the best meals we’ve had in the Philippines. Excellent service as well. Breakfast included lots of food choices to suit every taste. I would absolutely stay here again, especially if I was planning a longer stay.

The shelf above the desk means you are constantly banging you head on it. Needs to be converted to a pull out underdesk laptop/keyboard shelf arrangement. The shag pile rug in the living area contained shards of glass and button cell batteries that could be very dangerous to small children. The daily room cleaning routine needs to include giving this rug a thorough shaking outside.

Like: Top of the line amenities…Full size oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge, AND Washer & Dryer. Large shower and lots of storage for clothing including walk-in closet. Also, liked the pool/pool-side dining AND the fact that you have multiple restaurants INSIDE the hotel. Don’t feel like going outside? Simply walk down to either Asian, Mexican, Italian, or American style dining inside! Dislikes: As gorgeous as this property is…it is also HUGE!!! Three total towers…I’m guessing that’s why it’s difficult to keep the rooms clean. I immediately noticed the stains on the white barstools when I walked in the kitchen. When showering for the first time, I couldn’t close the shower door completely (had to call front desk)…the “waterfall shower head” didn’t work but I didn’t complain because it wastes too much water anyways. Also, I’m guessing it’s so hard to get clean towels & linen because staff figures the rooms have washers & dryers…wash your own towels? Lastly, who ever designed these beautiful rooms put “frosted” glass in the walls. To some no big deal, but I didn’t like that my guest could see my naked silhouette or every move I made including in the bathroom! And of course these designs are not very sound proof. Overall I would still stay again and recommend staying at the Alpha suites. Compared to other properties in Makati, you won’t find much better.

Overall, Service was prompt and accomodating. Rooms were tidy and bright, though the room notes may need a redesign; the placard where the room service menu and appliance instructions QR code was easily missed, and some of the appliance are in need of maintenance. Pyang and Maria from the breakfast team were a delight to see, and the pasta from Toscana was tasty. Wine list could use more by-the-glass options. Front desk is prompt, pragmatic and efficient, but needs more of the Filipino Warmth and Hospitality that we are known for worldwide. Hallways from the lifts to the room were consistently warm

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The best thing was the kind and very good breakfast staff. Who helped and welcomed my wife, baby and I with a warm smile each morning. Really helped my wife and baby feel at home. I have to give Maria a special mention. Each morning she made my wife and child feel most happy and enjoyed breakfast each morning with her. To help and always check on them very kindly during our family breakfast. We look very forward to staying there again next time when in Manila.

Pros: you can invite friends and family in your room until 10pm. I had a great time with family. There’s gym, pool, restaurants, grocery, parking, mall, spa, etc. in the same building. Lots of resto outside by walking distance. Staff are so nice. Hotel lobby is beautiful and calming. The breakfast buffet is quality and delicious. The hotel and suites are luxurious. Way better in person compare to in person. My family were amazed and I was surprised cos it was beyond what I expected with the pictures. There washing machine and dryer for clothes in the unit which sets it apart from other hotels. That’s why I chose theirs. Cons: you have to ask for housekeeping everyday, it’s not automatic. They should offer options for dinner and supper because I would rather eat in their buffet than the restaurants outside. Their buffet has international dishes and items. It’s way better than food outside. Please make it an option to serve 3x buffet per day!! Delicious and worth the price! We were 4 in 2 beds app. There was kitchen, living room, 3 bathrooms and each room had a bathroom.

Ive had a very good experience. Special mention to Elvie ( or Pyang). She is very helpful and very accommodating. I just hope that the management would look at these people in dining (4th floor) an asset to their hospitality business. These people worked hard to give good impressions to their guest.
