Struttura nel complesso bella...ma lasciata alla corosoione del tempo e non curata! Particolari mancanti come il rubinetto della doccia che era un impresa aprirla! La porta di legno esterna nuova ma completamente fuori squadroper cui impossibile da chiudere! Il personale della reception poco preparato e scortese !

Costi nascosti e appartamento fatiscente. Abbiamo prenotato due notti a fine luglio 2020 con tariffa prepagata su expedia di 380 euro per 4 persone. Al nostro arrivo la struttura ha chiesto altri 220 euro per: lenzuola (20 euro x 4 persone), asciugamani (20 euro x 4 persone), pulizia (60 euro). Abbiamo usato i nostri asciugamani da spiaggia ma purtroppo abbiamo dovuto pagare lenzuola e pulizia. L'appartamento non aveva aria condizionata (dettaglio non scritto sulla prenotazione ma non trascurabile visto che in Sardegna a fine luglio ci sono 35 gradi). La televisione non funzionava. Il water funzionava male. Le zanzariere erano rotte. Il piano cottura a gas aveva bisogno di un accendino (non fornito) per essere acceso. etc. Il servizio e' stato pessimo. Abbiamo chiesto l'aria condizionata o un deumidificatore, ovviamente pagando, e dopo numerose telefonate e promesse non ci e' mai stato fornita. Abbiamo detto che la televisione e il water non funzionavano ma nessuno e' mai venuto. Lenzuola fornite a pagamento ma letti da fare. Pulizia pagata 60 euro ma che non comprende, ad esempio, la pulizia del piano cottura (altri 30 euro).

Overall great experience with good beach and great area. Apartment was big, nice and in good condition. My Only problem was that beds were very uncomfortable and worn out.

Room w/o AC despite reserving room with AC

The hotel description at hotels.com mentioned air conditioned, however the hotel put us on a room without AC. We tried to get changed to a room with AC as booked but the hotel kept arguing the information on hotels.com is not accurate and that it was hotels.com's fault, despite calls to hotels.com the issue of AC was impossible to solve. The apartment was not clean when we arrived, and despite repeated requests for a clean-up (even accepting an extra charge) we were unable to get someone to clean the apartment during the 4 nights we were there. Great location, but terrible service. Instead of arguing who's fault is it (hotel or hotels.com) you should take care of customer.
