would not recommend unless on a low budget

The tv had no remote, the bathroom doesn’t have a curtain, the floor will be all wet, I couldn’t finish my shower because of how wet the floor was getting, you need to use key card to turn on the lights, they will only give you one key card, so anybody left in room will be in the dark. Would not recommend this hotel, but if your low on budget and just want a bed it works.

The rooms were okay for the price , the bathroom was not that clean . We were given a twin bed room for a couple and they refused to change the room. The tv was noisy, floor wasnt that clean , late check out was denied terribly😔

room was clean, AC wasn't colling almost half day, my ID was given to another person, 3 hours to get it back requested an Iron: received a broken one at first, then another steam one and it was leaking water near the power.

We had very bad experience at every aspects during our stay. The Air Conditioner was functioning properly. Bathroom is dirty with drainage smell. All the Housekeeping staff were very slow & communicative. Front desk of the Hotel was not at all responsive to arrange Taxi, information & other services. Dont go.... very poor service n food..very disappointed Housekeeping people ask for tips..Very poor and worst .guys please avoid.Dont go with oyo also .. it's useless..

فندق رائع إجراءات الدخول والخروج سريعه طاقم الاستقبال رائع خدمة تنظيف الغرف رائعين والهدوء ممتاز والسرير مريح جداً بصراحه لم اجد شيء سيء كل شيء كان في قمة الروعه وأتمنى أن يبقى الفندق كماهو وعلى فكره هذي زيارتي الثانيه له ومبدع كما هو وإن شاءالله المرات المقبله سأكرر إقامتي بالفندق

Not something I would recommend if you had money

The reception ignored me several times when I asked to have my booked rooms in the same floor despite me calling 1 week before the trip as well as mentioning it during check in and the first few days. The airconditioning is non adjustable so you can make it colder. Room conditions were not that perfect. Cleaning staff were nice and friendly The hotel was surprisingly full of sexual activities which I found in appropriate for families and not good for the hotel´s reputation. We woke up 2 days scared because of a drilling sound in the next room. Finally you get what you pay for and don´t expect much. Area was close to the old Dubai markets which is why we booked here. Many restaurants and groceries nearby.

Next time if I travel I must book with HOTELS.COM

It was amazing to stay at new black stone hotel and the staff was wonderful however they charged us tourist fee 180dhms that wasn’t in our list. The location was good
