Property is clean & spacious. Inside apartment are well equip. Maybe can leave extra thrash bag & dishwasher tablet in the apartment, it will be awesome. Balcony overlooking the mountains were spectacular.

Receptionist was approachable and helpful. Decent location. Rooms were good sized. Heating during winter was not quite adequate for us (already maxed out), coming from a tropical climate. Baby cot and microwave oven were promptly provided when requested. Floor was dirty.... kids feet were black after running around the place for 5 mins.

The service was amazing. The staff went above and beyond to facilitate my trip activities to Jungfraujoch and Schilthorn. The room was quiet and clean. The morning view was simply breathtaking!

O hotel é muito bem localizado. O quarto é bem grande. O hotel Fica em frente à praça central e entre a estação ost e West. Mas devemos ficar atentos a descrição que fala da questão da limpeza semanal, pois acaba acumulando lixo nos banheiros, não tem reposição de papel higiênico diariamente, tb não tinha itens como shampoo e condicionador no banheiro. O sabonete do chuveiro tb não tinha quando chegamos tive que pedir e aí colocaram no banheiro. Com isso o serviço não parece tanto com um hotel. O café da manhã é razoável, não tem muita variedade

It is a very cozy place to stay. The staffs are very nice and would give good travel recommendations. It takes 10mins walk to the station or you can take the bus for free. The room is clean and large, sufficient tools for cooking various type of dishes.

Great for families.

The 2 bedroom apartment was clean and fully equipped wirh absolutely everything including a functioning kitchen with plates and such. What could be better is their morning breakfast. Food is delicious, good variety although not filled promptly so some serving dishes were empty till we asked for them to be filled. Front staff, amazing.

There were several excellent parts of our stay here. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful the area and location is greatand the spa was amazing . HOWEVER, the apartment had a MAJOR ROACH INFESTATION. Dozens were seen in the kitchen area, on utensils, in the microwave, scurrying on the plates and actors the table. No matter how good the other things were about this stay, it is absolutely unacceptable to have this problem and I have never encountered something like this in my many years of traveling. Until this hotel/apartment rental addresses this, I CANNOT RECOMMEND this as place to stay.
