Small but cozy and adequate. Good kitchenette facilities. Would have been nice to have some coffee grounds there. Didn't want to buy a full bag for a few nights on vacation.

Great apartment stay!

Great location near restaurants, shops, and bus stop 13. We were upgraded from a 2. Bedroom to a 3 bedroom /2bath. So roomy and comfortable with full kitchen. Highly recommend, especially for larger groups. Reza, the manager, took good care of us!

+Modern property. Good location. -Tiny room, tiny bath. Pictures very misleading. We thought we would have a balcony with view but all their studios are downstairs on the first floor with frosted windows. Zero view.

Great location for walkability to several downtown landmarks. Check in/out was easy. Luggage storage is a helpful feature (but did not use). The sulfur smell was something we didn't expect but uncontrollable due to the geothermally heated hot water system.

Spacious with full kitchen ware. Quiet. The only thing has to say is the hot water has smell of Sulphur, but cold water is ok. This happens is area of Reykjavík.

The property had all of the amenities listed and the parking was very easy and free, which isn't easy to find in Reykyavik. We did have to wash the crockery and cutlery before we used any of it and there were some hairs and dirt gathered at the edges of the floor and some hairs from shaving in the sink. Leaflets/discount vouchers for restaurants were left in the reception which was very useful. You could definitely get better value in Reykjavik elsewhere.

I have stayed here twice now in the last year and a half and I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. The location is excellent and it’s quiet, there is off street parking and it is very clear how to get in and check out. The rooms are spacious and they have everything you would need. There is also a great view of the church! Very easy to get to from the airport.
