The staff and service were impeccable and the pool and spa facilities transformed this from a ski trip to being a wonderful winter holiday. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay in Kitzbuhel.

Amazing alpine pool area

Stayed for a night on my motorcycle solo trip.wonderfull views great staff nicely served dinner with a twist excellent bar too. Usp it's the spectacular roof top pool wishing i Stayed longer.

The staff was all wonderful. The front desk people George and Elane were excellent at their jobs. Great food at this hotel. Location is above town a pretty good hike down and back but they are also more then willing to drive you wherever you need. They pick us up at train station right on time. Spectacular pool big and beautiful. Restaurant servers have real class. Views are beautiful from hotel.

Frühstück und Poolbereich super!

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, Frühstücksbüffet sowie Sauna-und Poolbereich toll. Leider ist der Check-in erschwert, da die Hotel-Zufahrt meist zugeparkt ist und man ein ganzes Stück weg parken muß, um dann zu Fuß zum Check in zu gelangen. Beim Check in wird einem nicht zu Gästekarte wie sonst überall üblich direkt ausgehändigt, sondern nur auf Nachfrage.
