Great stay. Other than a couple of thin pillows it was a great stay. Exceptionally clean, quiet and the room was loaded with things I didn’t even need with a kitchenette, washer/ drier and ironing. I will definitely stay there again when I visit my daughter in Notting Hill and see the sites in London. Thanks!

A nice hotel. The room itself is small but has a lot of amenities. There is a kitchen with utensils, microwave & dishwasher available in the room. There is also a washing machine unit inside the room. The hotel itself is a close walking distance to several train stations. There are also a lot of restaurant available nearby.

Aside from a few damaged items in the apartment, this was the perfect space for me and my partner, we especially loved the kitchen. The TV wasn't useful for anything more than limited cable TV. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful and close to lots of restaurants and cafes.

I loved the studio space- I would stay again for short trips to London , it had a basic kitchen space with hob, microwave, but no oven . The laundry machine/drying was a great asset, the bathroom was lovely with its amenities, the place was pretty clean however Smelt a bit Damp upon arrival , however I just opened the windows , turned on AC and sprayed my perfume and it was fine. The Bedding was cozy and the smart TV was excellent with all sorts of channels and apps. They also had some sort of 3rd party room service app, however it’s quite pricey , but I could imagine is convenient to some .

We had a good time in london and this property made it very easy to tour around with near by transport and walkable amenities. The staff were friendly too. The bedroom was spacecious and lovely, just minor cleanliness issues.

Overall a good stay.

Good exeprience overall. Quick walk from Paddington. Close to shops restaurants and supermarkets. The room was nice and comfortable but needed some attention. The blinds did not work and were torn and shabby. There was welcome pack so get your own tea and coffee.

Good amenities but the hotel needs a few upgrades

The first room we were given had ants on the counter and mold in the shower. Once we let the staff know, they moved us to a different room. This room was bigger and did not have the ants or mold. However, the dryer part of the washer/dryer did not seem to work - we tried multiple cycles and had to finish the job with the towel warmer in the bathroom. There was a community dryer on another floor but it was in use when we tried it, hence the towel warmer solution. We appreciated the staff's quick move of us to the different room. The amenities were great. The bed was comfortable. If the original room had not had its problems and the replacement room's dryer had worked, this would be a 5 star stay.

Good location for Notting Hill and surrounding areas. Good size room (standard double) with so much potential for being a great stay, however was run down and in need of some work. The bed was very hard, safe and lamps were not working and the room certainly is not soundproof to anyone's standards - only being up on the 3rd floor managed to drown out some outside noise and heard cleaners talking and banging doors in the hotel. It very much was a place to stay to see London, not a place to enjoy staying whilst seeing London... Will chance somewhere else next time

The room is okay but the communication/property management is terrible. I have booked this room with free change/cancellation. Since I had a change of travel plan, I requested to shorten my length of stay well before the “free change/cancellation ”deadline. Multiple attempts were made to reach the property directly and via expedia but there is no reply even we have left our messages. On the day before the deadline for change, the expedia team could finally reach the front desk and they acknowledged that I will check-in later. But then, right after the free cancellation period, the property management team replied to both me and expedia team that the request has been denied and my money will not be refunded, which totally defeated the purpose of adding money to make booking with free change/cancellation! And the timing of reply almost made me think that this could be deliberate. The property management team is super unresponsive and irresponsible. Luckily, expedia held accountable at the end, but I have spend much time handling this during my vacation and I find this experience very disturbing and frustrating. Would not recommend this property.

Acomodação boa, bem localizada. Senti falta de alguns itens de cozinha, o box do banheiro era muito apertado como a maioria dos boxes de Londres. O apartamento que minha irmã reservou no mesmo space apart hotel era melhor. A encarregada não tirava o lixo todos os dias conforme anunciado e não senti que foi feita nenhuma limpeza nos dias em que ficamos hospedagos. As toalhas de banho eram muito pequenas, se assemelhavam a toalhas de rosto… mas no geral gostei muito da localização.
