Pas de mauvaise surprise, mais il Ă©tait indiquĂ© une chambre avec un grand lit et une avec deux petits lits. Or, il y avait un grand lit dans chaque chambre. Heureusement nous avons pu dĂ©faire le canapĂ© lit. De plus, il serait intĂ©ressant d’avoir une bouilloire.

Nous avons passĂ© une bonne nuit dans cet appart’city. Seulement, l’établissement Ă©tait censĂ© ĂȘtre non fumeur, et pourtant, les espaces communs (hall + escaliers) empestaient le tabac. L’odeur commençait meme Ă  envahir la chambre
 Horrible pour des personnes qui ne fument pas
 Nous en avons parlĂ© Ă  l’accueil et la rĂ©ceptionniste n’a pas semblĂ© surprise

Had a reservation for family of six, with 3 children. Made months before arrival. We travelled for almost 10 hours by car. First we received a message by email that our room was ready and that the hotel was looking forward to our arrival. An hour later we received a cancellation! We were half an hour from the hotel, so upon arrival there seemed to be no mistake: our reservation was cancelled. A family of 5 came in just before us, and also their room was cancelled. Hotel was fully booked and they couldn't do anything for us. They blamed the double booking / mess up with the booking on the worldwide IT failure several weeks earlier. This hotel has no consideration at all for family with kids. Our family and the other one had to look for an alternative. NEVER AGAIN Aparthotel!!!

TrÚs déçu!

Une trĂšs mauvaise expĂ©rience. Le duplex Ă©tait sale, vĂ©tuste et mal entretenue. La moquette Ă  l’étage Ă©tait trĂšs abimĂ©e avec de multiples aurĂ©oles. Les murs des chambres Ă©taient sales avec des traces de moustiques Ă©crasĂ©es. Le linge de lit trĂšs sommaire. L’ensemble de l’appartement sentait l’humiditĂ©. Les coussins du canapĂ© au rez de chaussĂ©e Ă©tait trouĂ© et poussiĂ©reux. La cuisine Ă©tait sale Ă©galement notamment le micro onde et la poubelle. Nous avons prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© reprendre la route plutĂŽt que d’y dormir

L’hĂŽtel ne rĂ©pond jamais et n’a pu nous confirmer que l’on pouvait arriver tard le soir, le personnel nous a narguĂ© par message en nous disant qu’ils Ă©taient trop occupĂ© Ă  prĂ©parer notre hĂ©bergement alors je les avais contactĂ© Ă  15h. Établissement Ă  fuir surtout si vous ĂȘtes sur la route et que vous avez des enfants. J’aurais Ă©tĂ© seul j’aurais tentĂ© d’y aller mais lĂ  avec les enfants c’était trop risquĂ© car ils ne rĂ©pondaient ni au tĂ©lĂ©phone ni par message
