Nice fresh place in Santa Chiara

The place is new, service and respond are good. Breakfast limited but tasty and Chiro very helpful and always make sure our breakfast is enough and warm. Room is big enough for our family of 5. Place is central and easy to find taxi or hop on bus. There’s an Olympic pool and gym available

Nice hotel in a great location

Great location to stay in as it’s close to restaurants, shops and places to see. There is a swimming pool but it is only open at certain times during the day as they use it for swimming lessons. The room was big with a huge terrace. The bed could have been a bit bigger than the double bed.

Bonne étape. Déçu par les horaires piscine.

Emplacement top dans la vielle ville. Hotel moderne bien équipé belle piscine attention ouverte que 2 heures le matin et deux heures l’après-midi et petit déjeuner ordinaire bien que servi par un personnel accueillant.

Central location nr Monastery Santa Chiara. Really helpful and cheerful staff. The breakfast was OK but glad we took our own muesli. The swimming pool is really excellent for lap-swimmers, but note that you'll need a rubber hat and the published hours for hotel guests are quite restrictive: 11.00-13.00 and 20.00-22.00 only. Mind you, there didn't seem to be anything or anybody stopping you from swimming at other times. Tis hotel was fantastic value and a pleasant surprise after some of the reviews I've read.

A bit soulless

A strange hotel, it seemed to be a swimming pool, gym and health centre with a hotel tacked on the side as an after thought. Our room was spacious but the air con was a bit hit and miss. We had a lovely large balcony but no furniture on it so it wasn’t useable. The room had so much glazing to keep the temperature down the curtains had to be kept closed. Whilst a good location it was prone to a bit of noise late at night. Naples itself is full of graffiti and litter and the area around the hotel was no different. Breakfast was really poor - one cup of coffee free any extra had to be paid for, food selection wasn’t good either. The guy serving coffee in the morning was friendly but one of the receptionists was very rude and didn’t really want to help us when the air con stopped working. The other receptionists seemed friendly enough. Gym was good. Would probably look to stay elsewhere if returning to Naples but only because it was a bit soulless.

Situation idéale pour un city trip napolitain

L’hôtel se situe dans le quartier historique de Naples, quartier central très pratique (1,8km des gares maritime et trains) , quartier très animé donc la contrepartie est le bruit ... mais cela ne nous a pas gêné. Très belle chambre avec balcon et les installations de l’hôtel sont au top ( piscine , 3 salles de fitness extrêmement bien équipées et un sauna) le tout en accès libre et avec une grosse amplitude horaire ( 07h-22h00 en semaine !) . A l’accueil Giuseppe parle français et saura vous conseiller avec beaucoup d’amabilité. Seul bémol le petit déjeuner pas au niveau du tout ... peu varié, juste le minimum. Malgré cela je vous recommande cet hôtel !

Hôtel très agreable.

Très bon hôtel, chambre spacieuse, propre. Personnel très accueillant. Accès fitness et piscine de 25m. Petit dej. simpliste mais personnel très serviable et chaleureux. Environnement napolitain du quartier historique très « pittoresque » mais aucun souci.
