Great location, close to many eating options and close to transit/underground. This is a basement suite with ample space for the five of us. Would stay here again.

Not quite as advertised. Unbearable smell in the master suite and hallway. Kitchen cooking utensils should be replaced. Not a single drinking glass available. Cracked floor tiles in the hallway and in dining area. We stayed in the basement unit, other units might be better maintained. Do check before accepting the unit.

Great place but needs a renovation

Great location and could be a fabulous apartment but it needs renovating. Furniture is new and comfortable but the paint is peeling off the windows and door handles are just hanging on. If you can look past this it is a great place to stay

Beautiful home away from home

Beautiful apartment. Spacious, well furnished, smart TV in the bedroom and living room and both are big. Loved the pressure of the shower, couch was comfy. Location is perfect, in a quiet neighborhood yet a short walk away to Oxford st, paddington and pretty much across the street from the park. I experienced a few challenges refrigerator not working well but the Manager i was fortunate to deal with was extremely responsive, polite, she was eager to help and go above and beyond. Excellent customer experience. Excellent ***** The only let down for the entire trip was the cleaning. The cleaner sadly gets a 2 over 10 as she never changed sheets or towels unless you actually kept an eye on her. No dusting, washing of bath, sanitizing etc but management is now aware and on it. This place is going into my favorites folder for sure. I loved it!! ......so if price is right, i will always stay here.
