Excellent location! So close to the metro for easy access to tourist destinations a little further from the historic centre but closest enough to walk to several highlights. The apartment is clean, quiet and very spacious for a family stay. Check in was smooth and the host is responsive. Would highly recommend a stay here!

Great place to stay at Vienna. My family stayed here for 3 nights. Very neat and spacious apartment for the entire family. The Apartment manager is very responsible and helpful to provide directions for us on transportation and places to go. We enjoyed our stay very much and for sure will return again next time.

Excellent value, great place to stay

Gorgeous, spacious apartment with a cute kitchen right by the U2 and U4 lines. Mostly quiet neighborhood aside from a little noise from people enjoying the Donaukanal—which is also great to check out! You can just close the windows and it's all good. I was lucky to be there on the last true summer night and loved sipping cocktails and people-watching along the canal. Also a fairly quick walk to the Altstadt. Perfect!!

Beautiful apartment, quiet, close to the centre

Beautiful apartment in a lovely quiet area just a few steps from the local underground. The apartment was spotless, warm and comfortable with everything we needed. Communication was great with everything we needed to collect the key provided, a nice page of welcome information and a contact number if needed (we didn’t). The wi-fi was good. It really felt very decadent to have this whole beautiful apartment to ourselves. It was the perfect base to explore a beautiful, welcoming city.

Commincating with Sonja was very easy, she kindly let us leave our luggage there on the last day until we left Vienna. The apartment is outside the centre of Vienna but in easy walking distance to the centre and there is a underground station 2 min away on U2 and U4 lines. It's a lovley apartment and very warm. We didn't do any cooking but it seemed to be well enough equipped.

This apartment is very clean and spacious all amenities are within 10 minutes walk. The subway line just by the apartment will take you all over Vienna. There’s a local market near by that you can dine and buy fresh produce called “katmelitermarkt”, Spark supermarket and Bipa for all cosmetics products these are all in same area and closed to each other. If you are arriving on Sunday most of the stores are closed. I bough our own shampoo and body soap. The rest we that need are all in the apartment.

Overall Great, read for Pros & Cons

Overall a great place! Pros: The apartment is spacious and has lots of amenities (washer, coffee, fridge, dishes etc. Walking distance to main city center (5 - 15 minutes depending on which bridge). Sonja was excellent at communicating all of the details and extremely accommodating! Cons: The main bedroom is a little small where the bed itself is and the pillows are not very comfortable. Also no air conditioning inside the bedroom or living room, so you may have to leave the window open. You do have to carry your luggage up or down a small set of stairs before getting to an elevator.

The apartment was very nice, roomy, and the kitchen was well equipped.. We liked that the toilet was separate from the shower - easier in the morning for everyone. We were able to stay with 3 adults there upon short notice - the communication with the host was always very easy and prompt, with useful tips regarding the public transportation (very easy and close). Overall we would definitely recommend staying there.
