Great Single room with kitchen

Great location for overnight stay before early flight. Good communication and clean room. Fully equipped kitchen, but did not use it. Single bed could be bigger. Shower/toilet quite tight. Overall good value option for short stay.

Safe, secure, clean, easy transport.

Extremely convenient stay. Property is attached to main train station (it takes about 18 minutes and less than 3 euro) to get to downtown Helsinki. Also incredibly easy access to and from airport on the train. The place is very new and totally clean. Easy entry with key code and very secure and safe. Would stay again if I visit Helsinki another time. A+

The accommodation was fine after I actually managed to get in the building. I arrived late (11pm) and myself and two other guests were stranded outside in -10C with gangs of youths loitering around, because none of our key codes worked in the main door. Finally got in when someone leaving the building let us through the door. After that everything was ok, but it was lucky we didn't have to spend the night outside! And if your response is to call the emergency number, maybe make the number more visible in yoiur communications. Include it in the message you send out with the code. Few other improvements would be useful: 1. Security chain on the inside door of the room would make female guests like myself feel safer 2.Please provide a sachet of instant coffee or a few teabags as a compliment. Your guests need coffee! 3.Bedside lamp would not turn off properly. Had to take the light bulb off. Maybe replace these useless lamps.

Aamulla klo 8 alkoi kova remontoinninen. Myös keittiössä huonosti astioita, eikä paikkaa missä kuivata astiat. Huoneen ovie ei menannut mennä lukkoon. Kaupat lähellä. Tikkurilan juna-asema täynnä levottomia nuoria.
