Rooms have detached private bathrooms. Bathrooms include a shower and bidets. 28-inch flat-screen televisions come with digital channels.

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• Deposit: EUR 100 per person, per stay (for guests under 30 years old)
• Breakage deposit: EUR 200 per stay
• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply all year round. Other exemptions or reductions may apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November - 30 April, EUR 0.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 May - 31 October, EUR 1.50 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.
• A damage deposit of EUR 200 will be collected before check-in.

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Pet fee: EUR 10 per pet, per night
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Late check-in fee: EUR 50 for check-in between 8 PM and midnight
• Late check-out fee: EUR 50
• Air conditioning fee: EUR 12 per night
• Crib (infant bed) fee: EUR 10 per night
• Bed sheets fee: EUR 10 per person, per stay (or guests may bring their own)
• Towels fee: EUR 10 per person, per stay (or guests may bring their own)
