Dusty Apartment and Surprised Unexpected Guest!

The apartment location is very good. There's Woolworth, restaurants, pharmacy just right below the apartment. The parking is also very secure. The kitchen is considered well equipped. The room and toilet itself are considered clean. However, we're quite upset with the apartment cleanness & security itself. Few rooms for improvements: 1. The dryer is super dusty. You literary can see a lot of thick dust on it. 2. In the master room, there's kinda storage room, when we entered, there's chair etc that you can see a thick dust there. 3. When we entered the apartment at night, it gave a very dark impression due to the dark carpet and yellow lighting. 4. furniture is quite old & the beanbag looked dirty 5. Teflon pots/pans peeled off, not sure if the owner knows that peeled off Teflon is not allowed to be used. Worst of all, we were not told that there's painting activities on the building. We're having a big surprise to see 2 guys were on our balcony in the morning and having a chit chat (resting as they might be too tired doing their job). We've never locked the balcony door, luckily the guy didn't do harmful things to us. Luckily they were not there when I was nak*d after a shower. Overall experience is quite disappointing. We thought this is exactly same as Mantra on Canvill, but it's under different management and this apartment is considered very very not well maintained. Plus point: you get much lower price compared to mantra on Canvill.

The location of the property was sensational, Woolies right underneath, walking distance to everywhere! The views were spectacular. We didn't like how our 3rd bed wasn't made up on our arrival and wasn't as big as we were told when we booked (it was meant to be a double pull out sofa, but it was a large single futon, not comfy at all and couldn't fit our 2 children on it). Otherwise, everything was great.

The place is nice and easy access to everything but unluckily the washing machine and dryer is not working in our room. One thing more, floor carpets were dusty and not properly vacum specially on the corners.

Stayed in unit 1245. Large, clean, good amenities, GREAT views. Building was quiet and nice. We loved the location -- lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and a large Woolworth's grocery store mere steps away. Had a great time in Surfer's Paradise.

Ain’t disappointed as the photos are very deceptive. We thought we were getting this massive balcony only to find it to be small/medium. Condition or place was worn and rundown abit has seen many people gone through it. All dishes needed washing prior to use as they were greasy and dirty
