Es ist ein sehr schönes altes Gebäude mit einem angenehmen Klima im Sommer. Für alle Zimmer gibt es einen Speiseraum mit ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten und einer sehr gut ausgestatten Küchenzeile. Die Eigentümer sind immer hilfsbereit, freundlich und kompetent.

Sehr nettes kommunikatives Gastgeberpaar, viele nützliche Hilfen. Die Unterkunft ist schon älter, aber liebevoll eingerichtet und es funktioniert alles. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Aufzug fehlt.

Herrliche Lage in Sellin, nicht weit von der Seebrücke. Das Zimmer war wunderschön und die Ambiente sehr gemütlich. Einfach toll!

Kommunikation und Lautstärke waren nicht schön

Das Zimmer (App.5) ist liebevoll eingerichtet.Die Lage ist perfekt. Der kostenlose Parkplatz war klasse. Vielen Dank für die Option der späteren Anreise.Die einfach verglasten Fenster lassen sich nicht zu 100% verschließen. Dadurch wirkt jeder LKW auf der Straße sehr laut. Auch im Hotel sind die Geräusche sehr laut. Am Morgen erschienen vor 8 Uhr Handwerker direkt vor meinem Zimmer. Am Sonntag weckte mich der Staubsauger vor 7Uhr, um 8Uhr war der Room Service direkt neben dem Frühstücksraum, wodurch ich keine Ruhe mehr hatte.Innerhalb der 5 Übernachtungen war der Room Service kein einziges Mal bei mir. Ich hatte ein Doppelbettzimmer mit folgender Ausstattung gebucht: Doppelbettzimmer mit „Kochnische mit Kühlschrank, Ofen und Kochgeschirr/Geschirr/Besteck“. In meinem Zimmer war keine Kochnische. Auf Nachfrage, wo die gebuchte Kochnische ist, räumte mir Frau Dürre ein, dass es einer Änderung Seitens Ihres Mannes auf der Buchungsseite bedürfte, damit das richtig ausgewiesen ist und dass es doch kein Problem sei, eine Etage tiefer die Gemeinschaftsküche zu nutzen. Ich habe dann keine Rückmeldung mehr erhalten zur Anfrage ob ein anderes Zimmer möglich wäre. Hier wurde gleich ggf.Mehrpreis eingeräumt. Das das Bad gegenüber auf dem Flur ist, war für mich bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich.Die Art und Weise der Antwort meiner berechtigten Nachfrage über den Leistungsumfang wurde hier nicht angemessen reagiert.

Die Unterkunft war nicht weit vom Strand entfernt, ruhiges, sehr sauber und ordentlich. Tolle Ausstattung. Das Vermieterehepaar ist sehr freundlich. Schön ist, daß es einen kostenlosen Parkplatz gibt. Der Frühstücksraum, den jeder Gast benutzen kann, ist toll. Kaffeemaschine, Toaster usw., alles vorhanden.

Sehr netter Kontakt, immer hilfsbereit und vor Ort. Die Villa ist wundervoll eingereichtet ohne dabei kitschig zu wirken. Zwar sind die Wände etwas hellhörig, stört aber an sich absolut überhaupt nicht. Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen. Wir warem im Appartement 1 und waren sehr zufrieden.

Can highly recommend

Very good location. Close to Sellin sea bridge. Chic rooms, friendly service. Had good recommendations how to get around on the island. Safe parking. They even had a yoga room
