Wow. We loved everything about this property. It’s in a nice location in a brand new apartment building. The room itself is kept clean with all the amenities you need for a quick stay.

The property is in good newer area. There are parks and local trams and buses. You will find small shops to buy essentials. The apartment is a bit smaller than expected. It looks better on pictures. However it is still recommended if the price is good.

Nice stay

Nice apartments in a good location. Quiet with a nice AC (it actually gets cold! inside). Feels like a hotel but it’s not. You have to order cleaning which I didn’t do so can’t say how that works.

Location needs at least one usable restaurant

In my short 3-day stay (scheduled for 4 days) the restaurant may have well not been there. It was closed because of conferences and just bad timing. And not very cordial meeting to turn me away. Aggravated by the fact the hotel/apartment is very far removed from nearly any other restaurant nearby, especially in the evening.

Functional Accommodations in Warsaw

All in all relatively new place, reasonably clean and comfortable, helpful staff, serves the purpose, a bit far from downtown but cabs are fairly cheap. Suggestions: • No place to open luggage unless you place it in the living room, on the bed’s clean sheets, then take out the contents and place in the cup-board. If you are there for 3-4 days, hardly worth the effort; much easier to work out of the suitcase. • Would be prudent to provide a roll of paper towels • Would be nice to provide a pod or 2 of dishwashing detergent so the short-term guests don’t have to buy a whole package.

My son and I stayed at Varsovia Apartments for six nights in June 2023. The staff was professional and friendly. The apartment itself was very comfortable and near a few small grocery stores and just a block from the tram to take us in to the busier part of Warsaw. My only thing I didn't like was that the apartment itself had plates, bowls, glasses, but only one small pot and one small frying pan. It would have been nice for there to be a colander or some other cookware.

Room clean but not cosy. Property is more suited for people visiting city for business purposes and for 1-2 nights only. 20 minute drive from airport. Nothing of interest in the vicinity. A few shops within easy reach but property is at least an hours walk if not more from shopping centre and old town. Tram and buses are on doorstep.

Overall a good apartment, but its employees were horrible. I had rented 3 rooms and was only given 2 rooms with the staff denying I had reserved a 3 rd room. It took a couple hours to finally prove to them I had a 3rd room. Also, overexpensive breakfast and if you lose your original keycard you have to pay 50 zlotych ($13) though the duplicate plastic white keycards you don't pay for (like in any normal hotel). The only difference is that the original card has a sticker attached, which I guess costs $13 to print out. Ridiculous.

If you have a budget for something better, avoid this place! I almost got dizzy and suffocating in the first room we were given it was stinking heavily with strong chemicals of cleaning or deodorizing materials. Had to switch. The room was super tiny with your table almost into your bed and kitchenette right at the door entrance in the tiny walkway. The bed folds into the wall...there is only one bedside table. It's super cold and no heating in the room central heating only. The staff is not nice at all. Very bad experience.
