good stay, will stay again

clean and big room, front desk staff were friendly and helpful, helped us secure a cab in early morning. room is quite spacious, sufficient space to open up 2 luggages, no need to tiptoe around each other. quite well equipped with amenities should you decide to stay longer than a few days. washroom was clean and well functioning. reasonably near shinjuku-gyoenmae station about 10min walk. immediate surroundings is quiet.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. It is a 8min walk from the nearest station (Shinjuku gyoenmae) and 15min to the main Shinjuku station. From Shinjuku gyoenmae, most of the road is smooth, which is good for moving luggages.

This property is located a few blocks from the subway station and there are some convenient stores and eateries nearby. We were initially given a room that faced an office building maybe 1m away so it barely had any light coming through the tiny window. We requested for a room that faced the street so if you easily feel claustrophobic, make that request upfront. The room came fully equipped with a kitchenette, study and beds - a good size by Tokyo standards I suppose. But it’s dated. Don’t expect modern trimmings. It is functional. I’d have preferred the towels not smell like sweat but they did, everyday. The Housekeeping staff will start knocking at 10 am and when I shouted from the toilet “Please give me 10 more minutes”, they barged in anyway. That was rude. One day I returned to find the sweater and socks I’d left on the bed strewn all over the floor. I did not enjoy my stay.

Our room is just nice for 3pax. The room is clean. They do not give complimentary bottled water in the room. instead they have water dispenser in the lobby so you could top up your water bottle. They also have coffee dispenser. Location is near shinjuku gyoenmae station about 5 min walk. There is nearby shop and eatery too.

The room is spacious. shower facilities are good. room conditions are well maintained. 5-10min walk to Metro ~ Shinjuku-gyoemmae Station. 15~20min walk to JR Station Shinjuku. Behind the building (opposite of hotel), there is a supermarket selling plenty of good stuffs. Hotel staffs are friendly and welcoming. Manage to get early check-in with the staff assistantce.

Excellent property with superb room amenities. If u r using JR rail pass, be prepare to walk about 18mins from JR Shinjuku station. Nearest train station is subway and about 6mins walk . bus stop is right in front of hotel. U have to buy extra tickets for subway and bus. The surrounding area is very quiet n clean . Gym is very small. Overall we enjoyed staying there and helpful staff

One of the best places to stay in Tokyo

The room is fairly spacious and super clean. The well equipped kitchen, coupled with a large supermarket that was nearby, made cooking that much easier. The area is very safe as well and the location was fairly convenient, nearby a subway station and the major hub of Shinjuku. 10/10 would stay there again.
