Beautiful Villa, Excellent service

I love Villa Maschere. It is so beautiful. But to be a 5 stars hotel, it will need some inside renovation, our room was not to a 5 stars standard. The service is excellent and the staff is very welcoming. I cannot wait for the renovation and will come back.

Like. Good location Dislike. 5 day stay No hot water on 2 of the days TV failed 3 times and unusable until last day. A/c not cool enough Very disappointing. There appears to be many problems with this building. Not the 5 stars we expected. Perhaps living on past reviews. Staff were pleasant but said there were many issues with the hotel! At the moment not value for the money.

très mauvais expérience, un faux 5 étoiles...

le plus mauvais rapport qualité prix de notre voyage, on a voulu finir notre voyage par un très bel hôtel mais les photos ne reflètent pas la réalité. Je ne comprends pas comment ils ont pu avoir 5 étoiles, chambre sale, sans voilages (donc impossible de profiter de la lumière du jour), vu sur une verrière dégoutante, pleine d'excréments de pigeons et de plumes... chambre sale, parc qui pourrait être joli s'il était entretenu et nettoyé... vraiment une très mauvaise expérience, et un tarif incompréhensible.

Air-condition failurer!!

Skuffet over at et 5 stjerners hotell sliter med å ha et air-condition anlegg som ikke fungerer og at dette først ble bekreftet ved utsjekk til tross for at vi sa i fra til resepsjonen. Resepsjonisten påsto feilaktig at en servicemann hadde sett på innstillingen på vårt rom og sa den fungerte OK. Det var en løgn som ble bekreftet ved utsjekking. Burde gitt oss en discount - ikke bare en unnskyldning. Flere gjester sjekket ut pga problemet med air-condition, forståelig nok. Beliggenhet og fasiliteter er forøvrig OK - men problemet med air-condition må løses før vi besøker hotellet igjen!

Bellissima struttura per Relax

Soggiorno piacevole in totale relax. La struttura è molto bella e ben curata, all’interno di un’area verde e distante dal caos della Città. Peccato per lo spa che non ha la piscina esterna riscaldata e accessibile, durante la mia visita tra il 25-28 Aprile era ancora chiusa sicuramente molto più bello nel periodo estivo. Con noi avevamo un cane ben accetto nella struttura, ma al ristorante non si può entrare col cane, piccolo problema in quanto la struttura si trova a circa 5-10km dal primo paese. Per il resto personale gentile sopratutto la colazione molto ben presentata e personale gentilissimo anche con il nostro amico a 4 zampe.
