There are 2 buildings at this property. It's kind of pot luck which you get. One is great. One is not as great. In march we got the great one. In October the other.

Definitely needs some TLC

Ive been starting at this hotel for some time now. It's confusing as there are two buildings sharing the same name and parking lot. If you get the newer one, it's great. The other one (green) is not so great. It's getting more untidy and run down with each visit. It needs sorting out

古さを気にしなければ快適

一番古い建物に宿泊しました。それなりに古い（壁のくすみ、トイレットペーパーホルダーの壊れ、テレビリモコンの電池切れ）ですが、そこを許容できるのであれば、繁華街、スーパー、コンビニに近く、滞在は快適です。 3週間泊ったので、1回くらい掃除サービスが欲しかった。

最悪です。清掃が全くされていない。埃だらけで不衛生。浴室の床にはカビ。洗面所や流しも汚い。カーテンは2つフックがついていない。掛布団は布団カバーに2か所しか固定されていないしおまけに側面があいている（ファスナーなどついていない）のでカバーから布団が出てしまい大変だった。とにかく施設の経年劣化は仕方がないが、ホテルとしては論外。カビやほこりのせいで、パートナーは体調を崩した。どうしようもないので6日間我慢したが、こんなホテル初めてだ。安かろう悪かろうの典型。無料でも泊まりたくない。良い所もあるのです。それは周りが静かで国際通りに近いこと。沖縄は良い所だけに非常に残念。

部屋に入るとまず気になるのは床に埃やお箸の空袋が落ちているということ。その後、周囲を確認すると、お風呂場は水垢や汚れが目立ち、部屋の壁はカビで黒ずんでいました。昔ながらの部屋の汚れとは違う、ただただ掃除をしていない汚れでした。また部屋に入ると湿気が凄かったので、エアコンの除湿をしようとしましたが、エアコンのフィルターも黒カビか何かで汚れており使用は控えました。これほどひどい部屋に泊まったのは初めてでした。

這間民宿的設備比較舊，免治馬桶是壞掉的，跟櫃台人員反應後，請他派人來修理，卻一直遲遲未來修，這樣子的感覺很不好！

不推的住宿，如果你看到這則留言就跳過這間吧，不要跟我一樣因為便宜住這間，會後悔

房間床單及床墊發霉，換了房間還是一樣，房間各處皆有發霉物品，冷氣積滿灰塵，窗簾牆壁皆有灰塵，停車場明明還有車位卻說已滿不給停

掃除

チェックインを終え、部屋に入りデスクに座ろうとチェアを引くと、3cm四方程の食べ物のかけらが落ちていました。蟻もびっしり付いてました。まさか掃除から始めるとは思いませんでした。フロントはコミュニケーションが取れて不便は感じませんでした。

立地が最高でした。窓を開けていると外の話し声が聞こえるためなるべく閉めています。（4階でしたが酔っている人の話し声など聞こえました）キッチンがついていますがキッチン用具なのはないため長期滞在で調理をしたい人には不便かと思います。駐車場は１日につき1000円です。

Great location and a good price

I've stayed here before, but they now have a new building on the same site, which is better in my opinion than the old one. The confusing thing is, you do not know which you will get until you check in. Both are good and more than adequate. But the newer white building is better

清掃がなっていない

退去時に気が付きましたが、ベッド下に電子タバコやその空き箱、多量のホコリ等が散乱しています。お世辞にも清潔とは言えません。掃除機で吸ってもいないとなると、トコジラミが怖いので、明るいまま就寝しても良いかもしれません。

枕頭勁高，間房又逼，張床瞓到好痕好似冇換床單甘，床下底勁大塵冇執房服務，唯一好有浴缸露台洗衣機小型廚房，但感覺都好污糟所有嘢，要book房真心考慮清楚。

受付時にスタッフ同士の会話が喧嘩腰で接客中にこれは良くないと思った。客に見せてはいけない。部屋数に対しての駐車場台数が足りず、周辺のコインパーキングの利用をお願いされた。少し遠いのと、住宅街で車通り少なく、道幅も狭い。雨降っていたのでかなり不便だった。ベットシーツの汚れが落ちていない。黒いシミ、血痕かもしれません。

7일간 투숙하기

7일숙박했는데 정말편하게 지내다왔습니다. 아파트형이라 간단한 음식도 직접 해먹을수 있어서좋았어요.식기조리도구는 1000엔으로 빌릴수 있엉노.숙박기간동안사용.청소는 따로 해주지는 않아요.추가요금으로 필요시 요청.수건은 요청하면 바로 줍니다. 조식은 기대하지 마세요. 전 한번이용후 직접 해서 먹었어요. 국제거리. 바로 옆이라 볼거리 저녁에 다양한 음식과 술한잔하기 좋아요. 편의점보단 바로 근처 이온몰마트에서 장보는걸추천해요 24시간운영. 열쇠관리가 좀 신경쓰였지만 자유롭게 들락날락할수 있어서 좋았습니다. 채크아웃을 따로 안하고 안계셔서 사장님께 인사 못하고 왔네요 여행내내 편하게 지내다 왔어요.감사합니다.
