Stanza piccola ma dotata di cucinino, letto comodo, bagno condiviso. Ci siamo trovat* bene anche come posizione, a dieci minuti dalla stazione e a mezz'oretta anche dai luoghi più distanti (ad esempio i giardini della Biennale).

The place is in great area, easy to walk, go shopping and convenient to see the whole city. A few things I didn’t like. The communication is one the owner provided us the key for the apartment but we didn’t know if someone comes every day to clean the place, or provide toilet paper, but the place was with only to rolls one of those rolls was gone the first day. The other thing I didn’t like was the place is a nonsmoking but at night the fumes of cigarettes was terrible.

Nice apartment, clean, 1 min from vaporetto Ca d'oro station, near to restaurants, the market, realto bridge... etc, lack of some kitchen utensils.. The problems: 1-The absence of the escalator, and the staff gave us the top roof apartment although we are a family with kids and stayed 4 days, so they did not think about the difficulties to get there. 2- They did not change the towels until I through them in front of the door the third day. 3- The reception was 10 min far so it was difficult to get there to ask for any other services or update.

Booked 2 nights, but had to changed the hotels after first night. Had a roon in the attic - had to drag suitcases to almost 6th floor, no elevator. Worst thing was no warm water at 9pm, couldn't even shower after a long sweaty day!!! Stuff didn't respond to my emails and didn't care to help, just said that water runs down and have to wzit for several hours. Worst bed ever - mattress was wrapped in plastic, very uncomfortable to sleep on, super old blankets and everything else. Very low ceiling in attic, my daughter had to crawl to her twin bed. In spite of all the troubles and that i moved to another hotel the next day, this management didn't refund me a penny, including for unused night. Stay away.

Lovely apartment in central location. Clean, comfortable beds. The only drawback is we had the attic apartment which has a (locked) door leading to the apartment below and from there you can hear every single conversion of the occupants and use of the kitchen. A part from that lovely place and affordable for Venice.

Al momento della ricerca della suddetta struttura sul motore di ricerca. Ho visualizzato specificatemene che ci fosse il bagno privato( dato che, come sappiamo, a Venezia non è scontato) al momento della scelta della stanza mi hanno indirizzato in degli appartamenti legati alla struttura alberghiera, ma non era ben messo in chiaro che lì il bagno era in condivisione. Per cui, vorrei aver rimborsato l’importo dovuto, dato che non era mio desiderio lavarmi e farmi la doccia in un bagno in comune. Con tutto il rispetto, non era un nostro desiderio e non ci siamo trovati a nostro agio.
