A Nice Cozy Boutique Hotel

A very centrally located cozy hotel. Place looks new and modern and clean. No complain. Bars and eateries very nearby and a 5 minutes walk to Plaza Mayor. Highly recommended.

Great location

This apartment met most of our needs. However, I had two issues during my stay. 1. I felt somewhat unsafe as the gentlemen booked up next to my room had brought his guests over and it was too noisy. Noisy to the point that I cld hear them going on and this was most unpleasant. Perhaps the management cld move the bed in Rm 101 towards another wall so that Rm 102 can sleep in peace! 2. The laundry only operates during their office hours under lock n key of staff. So my washed clothes cld not go into the dryer till the next day! This is most annoying. The dryer did not do a good job drying my clothes even in half load as suggested by staff. ( the staff did try to mediate this by offering a free dryer service next round but it still came out semi-dry). Btw, you have to pay for this service. It's 4 euros to wash and 5 euros to dry. In terms of apartment itself, it was all good and you have a full basic kitchenette with all toiletries provided. The location is a huge plus point as it is located right in the midst of all places you need to explore to. I would stay here only again and with ear plugs just in case!

Cosy convenient place in town.

Location is excellent. 2mins walk to Puerta del Sol. Room n overall apartment cleanliness is excellent. Not very good with sound isolation coz I could hear the guest next door coughing n talking on the phone. Laundry set were faulty when I tried using it.. Left me with wet clothes hanging all over my room. Standard apartment is pretty small actually.. Good for 2 but 3 person is probably a crowd in there. Counter staff "James" was extremely helpful n friendly to assist me in dealing with the faulty laundry units. Aside that, good lodging experience.

This hotel was way better than we expected. Rodrigo, the Front Desk was very cordial and helpful. The room was small but comfortable and very clean, the bed was soft and nice, the shower had excellent water pressure, and it was very quiet! This hotel is in the center of Madrid, very busy streets, full of people at all times but once you close the balcony doors you do not hear a beep! I fully recommended.

I loved it! The staff in the hotel were amazing! They went above and beyond. The rooms were super cute and the balcony view was suberb! Felt like a vintage Madrid aesthetic. The only thing I wish for is for them to not have charged us extra for the wine bottle when I requested it. The wine bottle should have been there and should have been complementary. They did offer one after we paid for it. However, aside from that I had a wonderful stay! Might be back in the future!
