Wonderful apartment a short distance from the Ponte Vecchio. Perfect size for our family of five adults. Management was quickly responsive when we had an issue checking in and helped to resolve it within minutes. We were on the third floor so there were lots of stairs which could be difficult for some. And the shower stalls were very small. But overall perfect for our needs and we very much enjoyed our stay in Florence.

Absolutely loved our stay at the gorgeous property & city!! Plenty of room for our family of 4, excellent communication with staff, perfect location, and honestly the most comfortable beds we’ve had in our entire 3 week trip to Europe! We had the unit on the bottom floor it was too loud to get a good nights sleep. You could hear all the passing cars/motos and people talking nearby. We also used the sofa bed and it was terribly uncomfortable.
