The staff was very helpful. I had an emergency dental problem, they even helped me translate to the Dental Clinic the assistance that I need. We would definitely stay there again.

Toilet was slippery after showered.

The room was clean and spacious. Neeed much improvement on the sound proof. We can hear noise and walking around room on top and around us. The shower area need to improve to prevent water splashes around the toilet during showering. The floor was so slippery with the shower water as there were no shower curtain or door to contain it.

Very comfortable stay

It was a great stay. All the staff were wonderful. I had to be in the flat when the cleaner came to clean (as I was working) and I have to admit that she was super good, thorough and very fast. This was a great stay!

Spacious room, well equipped kitchen w/fridge. Bed was really nice, sofa bed was equally nice. We had an issue with the toilet sink that wet our towels, staff immediately gave us dry towels and fixed the issue the next morning. Otherwise, a well-located place to walk around Valencia's town centre, with nice places to eat around it.

Flat super completo, confortável e bem localizado

Nossa estadia no Parker foi incrível! O flat era bem grande, confortável e silencioso. As camas eram confortáveis e macias. A cozinha era bem completa e tinha lava louças e muitos eletrodomésticos para apoio às refeições. Os funcionários da recepção eram muito simpáticos e atenciosos, foi tudo excelente. Eu super recomendo e ficaria novamente aqui em uma próxima visita. A localização também era ótima.

Our stay was perfect. The apartment reflected the photos and was very modern fully equipped and clean. The staff was very friendly. I came for the marathon and there was a welcome gift awaiting me as well as some post race treats and a free massage in my room. I would suggest to the hotel to offer cleaning service more frequently than every 3 days but other than that I would recommend these apartments and would come back.

The staff was very friendly and communicative answering any questions we may have had. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable easily accommodating three adults . Located centrally, access to local sights was easy and the train station only took approximately a 15-20 minute walk. Highly recommended to consider as a place to stay.
