This was the perfect place for a family to stay. They were friendly, had board games for you to enjoy, clean and well maintained rooms, really helpful and knowledgeable about the city, super comfy beds and had a homely feel. Would recommend and definitely visit again.

Conveniently located to a mall, grocery and train. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The only negative was a sewer gas smelk from the shower. Traps need tobe cleaned. Nice parks nearby.

Great hotel - the room was nice, and included all kitchen facilities you would need. All the staff we met were really friendly and helpful. Location is good for transport links, ideal location for us as we were visiting family in the area. Would definitely recommend and will probably go back when we visit again.

Staff werr lovely and very helpful, the hotel contacted us prior to arrival offering helpful info, the room was lovely, would defo return, literall 2 min walk from tram and bus stop, also food and drink at hotel was beautiful, try the Chefs platter for 2, highly recommended.

A bit far from Amsterdam city centre however accessible by public transportation; tram and buses. The trip takes around 40-45 mins to reach the city centre which is the area of attraction. Overall comfortable stay.

The furnishings were very nice and the staff was very helpful. The only thing I would suggest is for you to buy seasoning at the supermarket if you intend to cook. The salt and pepper downstairs for purchase in the lobby will run you 10 euros

This is the perfect location and place. Appartment and studio available - with cooking and laundry facilities + gym. Restaurant and bar in the same building. 2min walk to bus direct to the aiport. 2 min walk to tram direct to tube - great for professionnal for trade shows or to go to the center. 5-10min walk from a huge shopping center. plenty of restaurants around - SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF! great spot to work during the day as well

Tried to change my reservation but wasn't allowed. I booked for three nights but could only stay two. I wanted to use the third night the next week but they wouldn't allow me to change. The hotel wasn't full. They could easily have made the change.

Rooms are in perfect sizes. Near the Tram station. Toilets and kitchen are clean. Floors may need a little bit of cleaning… Requested beforehand to have both rooms at least at the same level but didn’t get it. The new receptionist is very nice and tried to put the room at closer level. I wished the coffee supply is refillable. Thank you!

The check in process was extremely embarrassing as the staff member did not show any me any respect or discretion. My credit card would not work at check-in. This is apparently not unusual in the Netherlands, not all country’s cards work. The staff member kept saying in a loud voice with other people waiting in the queue, that my card was declined because of insufficient funds. Even if this had been correct, it is not the way to treat guests.

Mycket trevligt boende, lägenheten hade allt man behöver och rent och fräscht! Spårvagn in till Amsterdam inom 5 min gångväg. Även shoppingcenter och restauranger i närheten. Restaurang på hotellet helt ok, men få valmöjligheter av mat.
