Good Location - Nice Amenities - Quality Rooms

Hotel is well located within a 10min walk from the city centre. The rooms are spacious and in good conditions. Kids loved the heated pool. The sauna and hamam are great nice to have.

Comfortable hotel

Well kept, clean and comfortable hotel which I believe also doubles up as serviced apartments. Free parking up front. Supermarket across the road if needed though no eateries nearby. Hotel is 0.5-1km from town centre.

Bon rapport qualité/prix

Établissement propre, l'accueil très agréable. Le spa est bien. Bémol, la machine à café a des dosettes non compatibles obligeant à acheter celles sur place. Le centre ville est à 12 minutes a pied, mais l accès n est pas très sécurisé pour retrouver le cheminement pietons.

Nous avions choisi cet hôtel parce qu’il disposait de bornes de recharge pour voiture électrique. À notre arrivée, toutes les places réservées aux voitures électriques étaient occupées par des voitures thermiques alors qu’il restait des places sur le parking. Nous n’avons donc pas pu recharger notre voiture alors que nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour ce côté pratique. À la réception, on nous a tout simplement dit qu’il y avait une place de parking par chambre et que c’était la règle du « premier arrivé, premier servi » qui s’appliquait. Cela aurait-il été la même règle pour les places handicapées ? L’hôtel n’a absolument rien fait pour demander aux propriétaires des voitures thermiques d’aller sur les places normales. Nous nous sommes donc retrouvés à aller charger la voiture ailleurs. Mauvaise foi de la personne à l’accueil présente lors de notre départ.

Original room had an adjoining room door. We could hear the family next door as if the door was open. We were upgraded to a kitchen style room with a great view of yhe Honfleur bridge. Pizza at the hotel was ok and filled the void. Free parking on site, breakfast not included but available. Breakfast is typical hotel breakfast buffet of scrambled eggs, bacon, breads, pastries, cereal, coffee, etc.

Je connais bien cet hôtel, après plusieurs séjour. Petit couac cette fois-ci à l'arrivée avec problème noté dans la chambre. La réception a fait son possible pour me satisfaire et me changer de chambre. J'ai apprécié. J'ai au final passé un bon séjour.

Deuxième séjour. Si nous avions apprécié la première fois, notamment la partie spa piscine qui est très agréable, l’état générale des chambres est médiocre. Prises abîmées et cassées, vaisselle très sale, draps pas très propre, chambré poussiéreuse et sale….nous avons été déçus surtout que nous avions pris l’appartement le plus « haut de gamme ». Le rapport qualité-prix n’est pas du tout justifié

Sens du service à améliore

L'hotel est correct. En revanche, j'avoue avoir ete très déçu du faible sens du service alors que nous demandions d'avoir accès à notre chambre plus tôt pour se changer avant un mariage. Que l'acces à la chambre ne soit pas possible, Ok. Qu'aucune solution ne soit proposée, c'est dommage. Quant à facturer un supplément pour un arrivée anticipée de deux heures, je trouve cela très moyen Petit dejeuner tout juste correct
