Spacious waterfront hotel accommodation. There is gourmet dining restaurant (Skeetas Restaurant) at it premises and many dining options nearby. Close proximity to shopping street too.

The property is in an excellent position with a great view over the marina and harbour. However the room has been let go with the carpet very badly stained, things like only 4 very small mismatched wine glasses and the tv with no cable channels, access to chrome cast, streaming or even iview apps which is disappointing as it was advertised with cable channels.

Great Stay!

2 bedroom sea view apartment has superb view. Free open space parking, friendly front desk staff. Seems like unit has been updated quite recently, no cleanliness issue as per earlier review. Will definitely stay again when back in Geraldton. Only complain will be the bed that is a tad too soft for our liking, but that’s just individual preference.

Was a bit disappointed with my stay here. Room was old and bit dated. We still had rubbish in the rooms from previous attendance. Shower had zero pressure, had to splash the water on me with a hand.

Not great at all. Property dirty and not well maintained. Floors sticky, shower screens calcified and rusted, furniture broken and old cigarette smell to the property. We walked in the door and walked straight out! Didn't even stay the night.

We were told at check in that the apartment we booked would have a water view, but upon getting there, we were overlooking a carpark. Staff need to get their rooms correct before mentioning this to guests

Easy check in. Secure parking. Not sure it was great value for the price but did the job. Rooms clean but tired, especially bathroom. Room was roadside so a bit of noise from passing cars and pedestrians. Foxtel did not seem to be available as advertised and couch not particularly comfortable.

Nice staff but the property needs a major refurbishment. The room had damaged paint on walls, leaky tap and is generally tired. The pool coating is damaged and not particularly clean. I would not say it is value for money. Sorry.

The property is in a fabulous location and is great, but sadly the owner of the unit we were staying in has NOT kept up the maintenance. This is not the responsibility of Mantra, they only service and organize the accommodation. Despite this, the cleanliness of the apartment was good, although there were stains on the carpet and a serious water leak from the main bedroom window causing dripping all night and wet carpet near it. Mantra advised they were contacting the owners.

Our room 33 was unclean; had only been wiped over & not thoroughly cleaned. Bathrooms/toilets require a thorough scrub, including tiles on walls. Kitchen is very basic, not even a chopping knife to be found. The washing machine was mouldy in the seal. The elevator smelt terribly.
