Great place to stay for family

Sorry for the over due review. Great place to stay for family, decent size for a family of 4adults. Near to busselton beach and restaurants place for meal.

simply beautiful

A beautiful place. Your colleagues at the reception counter were very helpful. we arrived early and was advised to drive to Ngili cave while waiting for the apartment to be ready. we spent a wonderful time there. we also appreciated the privacy. while you do have your officers going round to prepare/tidy up the other apartments, their friendliness and warm hospitality can be felt. they are also ever ready to help in any way they could. we had a wonderful time and we will come back to Amalfi the next time we visit Busselton.

Convenient, Clean and Comfortable

Comfortable and well-kept apartment for a family of four. Walking distance to the beach and a few minutes drive to Busselton jetty. A very pleasant and convenient place for us to stop for a couple of days before driving down to the Margaret River area.

A small packet of washing powder is too little for guest stay more than one night. It would be nice to replenish the washing powder and the very small packet of milk for two rooms apartment with four people.

Spacious apartment next to the beach

We stay in a two room apartment for a family of four. It is spacious, clean and have a good kitchen. Oven and microwaves are provided. It was very comfortable. My room overlook the pool so we can lookout when the children's are swimming there.

Good hotel for family.

Good hotel service. Staff very helpful. We check in late and could not get the wifi vouchers at the reception. Called the given number and they were prompt to provide us the vouchers. Location is not very convenient. Needs to drive 5 mins to reach the city area.

The 2 bedroom pool facing villa was nice and spacious. Pros - service was excellent, recommended family friendly tours, restaurants - self contained villa with washer, dryer, kitchen - excellent restaurants nearby - laundry 43, al forno - good supermarket - coles Cons - no housekeeping (we fully expected as it was mentioned in the reviews and website) - by the 3rd day, it is necessary to vacuum the place by yourself and wash/dry towels by yourself - need to have your own shower gel/ shampoo (though provided by them, there's only 1 portion)

Basic chalet

Basic chalet with kitchen and tennis court. We missed the resort sign and drove to the resort opposite of Amalfi as the sign was buried under over grown trees and only a small dim light was shinning on it. Reception is closed by 5 pm on Sundays (though confirmation slip from Expedia said 6 pm) so when arrived at 5.15 pm, we only saw a small note left on the glass door of reception telling us which villa was allocated to us. That was fine but however we had no wifi access at all that night because wifi, while included in the rate, can only be accessed via voucher codes which were only available from the reception. The staff could have placed some voucher code slips in the villa. We were quite upset at the lack of wifi access as we needed it to check out the places to visit the next day and to check work emails. Each voucher is only valid for 250mb or 24 hours whichever is earlier, which was annoying as a coupon expired easily after downloading 1.3 section of a show. Having to key in multiple vouchers just to download a movie resulting in time wasted and because of the limit some sections were not downloaded properly. Since it's included in the rate why this hassle? Do ask for a bunch of vouchers from reception when it is opened. The room is very basic. It's. It a hotel. Facilities are average and clean. Dishwasher and washing machine powder has to be paid separately if your room rate did not include that. The housekeeping only comes once a week so we have to clean up ourselves. It's not too bad as there was a dishwasher. Only 1 mirror in the toilet and thankfully only 2 of us. we basically bumped into each other daily as he was washing up while I was having my make up. There should be a make up desk. Or at least another mirror. The villa is for 4 persons so I can imagine how a family would be fighting for the toilet in the morning. The TV thankfully was good as there were many channels to watch. That compensated for the lack of wifi on the first day. Parking - only 1 lot per villa. We are happy with the kitchen as we could cook a meal with full utensils. There is a small IGA nearby which thankfully closes at 8 pm. Everything else in the town was dead by 6 pm. Other supermarts were closed. By 530 pm when the sky turns dark the streets were dark and deserted. The only tourist attraction probably is the Busselton Jetty. But it's a place to drive to Margaret River easily. The beach is nearby though you can't see it from the resort. We drove there but was disappointed that it was a dirty small beach which was not appealing. Overall a basic chalet for a short 2-3 day stay using it as a base to go to MR.

Our accommodation was outstanding could not have asked for more. We were luck to have the villa with the private garden. Bit disappointed there was no green space for children to play on, or a proper playground. Still enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you.

Really lovely property and great location

We stayed for two nights but I wish we could have stayed longer! The villa was very large, with a lovely open living area, large bedroom and a very comfortable bed, and a fully stocked kitchen. We only paid for a one-bed villa, but we given a unit with a second upstairs bedroom which was blocked off. The bathroom was great (powerful shower!) and the washer and dryer were a godsend two weeks into our three-week holiday. The whole complex is very walkable and we paid a short visit to the pool. Only a short walk to the beautiful beach as well. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in Busso!

Great place to stay in Busselton with everything you could possibly want. Unit was spacious & reasonably modern. Includes dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, full fridge, oven, cooktop, microwave- was a full home away from home. Was in a stand-alone unit which was great (they aren’t all but most are). Clean & comfortable- the bed was short sheeted but other than that, no issues. Upstairs was a space with two beds suitable for kids, but not for younger children as the stairs were a little steep. The bathroom was also on the ground floor so they would have to be able to manage stairs etc for that. Did seem perfectly set up for families with pool, tennis etc available onsite. All foxtel channels available as well. Parking allocated for each unit & east to access. Stay was easy & enjoyable & just a short stroll to the beach at the end of the road also. Close to the heart of town without being in the middle of it.
