Only the location is good and spacious. Other than that, very disappointing. The floor is greasy. No laundry detergent provided. No aircon in all the bedroom except the living room!!! The sofa was not cleaned properly. The pillows are not cleaned properly. My family had rashes all over at the back of their neck!!!

Condition of Apartment rooms

The Apartment unit does not come with house-keeping service. We have to do our own tidy up, and thrown rubbish to the basement ourselves. Not sure, is this a practice in Gold Coast. The rooms are big and spacious. Design a bit old. Bedrooms are running on ceiling fan with light and standing fan. No aircon in the bedrooms. Only 1 aircon in the living room, which is the best area to hang around. The only good things of this apartment is the location, very near to the beach, shopping alley, bus stop and tram station.

The Aegean was amazing. We were in a 2 bedroom apartment on level 30, facing the ocean. I loved it so much that I started looking for apartments for sale in the building! Will definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Aegean hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. The apartment was clean, big and very functional. We had an amazing view on the ocean as well. We will come back !

Great size, good internet service , comfy bed, pillows terrible made sleeping difficult, lovely bathroom, age of the property was evident as the windows and sliding doors are eroding and wind whistled all throughout the indoors were difficult to close. We also had parking but were not able to use at all as first they forgot to leave map of space the next day there was a bollard in the spot and was not given a key till next day then the key to the bollard wouldn’t work and each time there were no staff to correct the issue. The unit was in a good area with nice views and the staff did attempt to fix our issues
