Δεν είχε wifi στο δωμάτιο και δεν φτιάχτηκε ποτέ το σήμα . Στις διαμαρτυρίες μας υπήρχε δυσθυμία για την επιδιόρθωση. Το προσωπικό δεν μιλούσε καλά αγγλικά κι έτσι ήταν δύσκολη η επικοινωνία και δεν μπορούσε να μας ενημερώσει για τα αξιοθέατα της περιοχής. Μας ζήτησαν χρήματα για το πάρκινγκ ενώ ζητήσαμε δωρεάν παρκινγκ στο hotel.com.Διανυκτέρευε ένα μπαρ που δεν είχε τίποτα φαγώσιμο κι έτσι την Ανάσταση μείναμε νηστικοί. Επέτρεπαν στα μωρά να τρέχουν και να τσιρίζουν στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους (το ξενοδοχείο είχε πρόγραμμα all inclusive ). Είχαμε θέμα και στην ρύθμιση του κλιματιστικού,,,,
