Loved our stay here! Ample space in the bathroom and living room. Laundry machine was easy to use. Water was provided daily. 8 min walk to subway. Staff were nice.

Great location- convenient to the French quarter as well as the people’s square, bus station steps from the hotel. Facilities are new and clean. Staff very friendly especially the doormen who always opens door and carry luggage for us. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Great accomodation

The apartment are well equipped, the staff at the reception was helpful in case of questions. The residence was few minutes walk away from the underground station and there are plenty of restaurants, shops around. Some of my highlight were the delivery robots going up the floors with us in the elevator, and the decoration for the Chinese New Year.

A pleasant stay as always. Nothing super fancy but has everything you need and great value for what you pay for. Some units can use an upgrade (chipped paint, wear and tear here and there), but overall always an excellent stay.

I cannot imagine a better place to stay in shanghai. It was so nice to have all the space and facilities of a small apartment, with the support of the reception desk staff. The apartment was comfortable and quiet. The location is great! A 5 minute and 8 minute walk to two different metro stations and a short walk to lively shopping and eating areas.

Located in quite a nice balance location in Huang Pu area, not exactly in the most happening areas, yet not too far. Didi rides were very affordable and convenient to access to nearby attractions such as Yu Garden, The Bund, etc.

The hotel is in a very good location and ideal for a long stay. The room was clean, tidy and had very good amenities. Nina and Jimmy at the front desk were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We were very impressed with the hotel and enjoyed the stay. The rooms are very large, the beds and bedding great and it was wonderful to have a sitting area, kitchen and laundry. The breakfast was good. The staff was very helpful. The hotel is well located for access to many of the things to see. Walking distance to the French Concession and an easy taxi rides to The Bund, also train stations. The bathroom was great, but needs a good cleaning as there was black mold in the tub area. This was the only issue, I highly recommend this hotel.
