Location was excellent. It is within the free tram zone and apartment is well equipped with washing machine and dryer. The only setback is the noise from the tram passing downstairs which is bearable. Although there is no check-in counter, the person in charge Leo, a very nice guy was easily reachable thru his mobile. Highly recommended !

The apartments are in an great location. Tram stop right outside the door. We were happy with everything. The Manager was very accommodating and very responsive.

Awesome location close to all public transport and lots of great eating options just walking distance from apartment. Quiet inside the apartment despite the hustle and bustle going on outside. Great living space and everything you need for a family holiday. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again when return to Melbourne

Location ok on paper but very noisy at night, hallway into apartment absolutely stunk the entire time so not the owners direct responsibility but you need to be prepared when booking. No luggage storage facilities so made it a bit tricky when leaving but upon arrival owner helped us to have room available early to put our things in. Was clean but no baking trays, placemats, no plug that fit the sink, you will need to buy or take extra washing up detergent (we left ours so hopefully still there for next person!). Stove quick and works, good size fridge, lots of tea and instant coffee and some but milk to get us started though. I think air con will be replaced after our stay so just check with owner as it was out of order when we stayed sept 2023 luckily weather not too hot or cold so ok without any fans or aircon. Great location for trams and shopping, comfy lounge and rug - bed linen Good quality but it’s a softer bed. Washing machine and seperate drier handy though most things dried overnight on clothes sorer (I accidentally left my small things clip on the sorer so you’ll enjoy that as no pegs in unit). Cupboard for laundry is right beside kids bedroom so plan Washing around nap time! Very limited towel hanging so we ended up putting our towels through the drier after each shower which isn’t great for the environment. Only 1 tv so if you have kids bring ping cords so they can plug in devices! Communication with owner easy via text he was quite responsive.

Apartment with everything you need

Very spacious 2 bed apartment right in the cbd close to lots of visitor attractions and within 30 walking distance or jump on a tram outside the door. Very well equipped kitchen perfect for warming up food or cooking a full meal. Dishwasher takes care of the cleaning up. Very comfortable beds, lovely bathroom with washer and drier.

Good apartment in fantastic location on Collins Street. Tram stop directly out front made travel super easy and the city is on the doorstep. I highly recommend this property!

The property was comfortable and very quiet. I booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment which was not available when we checked in. We were given a 2 bedroom apartment with only 1 bathroom (which I realised after we had unpacked). This was was very disappointing. The toilet lid was broken and fell off if you closed the lid. The light in the 2nd bedroom did not work, the Bose speaker did not work. There was no dishwasher powder and the toaster was sparking the first morning. The apartment is in a great position in the city but the 1 bathroom and lack of attention to detail was disappointing.
