This hotel has it all.

Excellent checkin and out. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who were extremely helpful. Very nice, spacious room that was perfect for us (mature couple with 5 year old granddaughter). Had all the amenities you could ask for including built in adapter and an umbrella in case it rains. We loved the complimentary beverage station in the lobby. Location next to a large mall was very convenient as well as being only a short walk to the tram to go directly downtown in 10 minutes or so. The complimentary bus passes were much appreciated, and we were able to buy discounted tickets for the zoo directly from the Reception, which saved us lining up. This hotel is conveniently located, close to downtown as well as being close to the airport and nearby restaurants. Highly recommend it if you are visiting Basel and would chose it again for ourselves.

Horrible Experience, not recommend!

I booked an apartment for 3 adults. In the online check-in page, it showed that the apartment has been booked for 1 Adult 3 children. Only one small blanket was provided.

I have stayed at this property more than ten times, and it has been a good experience which is why I have returned. On this last visit, however, I booked the Queen large apartment expecting the best stay, but reality was the complete opposite. The unit was not cleaned well, it was missing cooking equipment, and the one piece of cookware it did have was uncleaned with burned cheese stuck to the inside.

Lack of staff disappointing

We were locked in the parking garage after arriving late. There was no hot water in the bathroom when I wanted to bath and the bathroom lights would not turn on. There was no staff present and the self check in was very inconvenient. Was not for us.

Sauber und viel Stauraum. Self check-in ist ok, sollte sich aber auch dann im Preis wiederspiegeln, dass man kaum Personalkosten hat. Deutlich zu wenig Steckdosen, noch nicht mal für die vorhandenen Lampen sind genug Steckdosen vorhanden. Nespresso-Maschine ist gut - funktioniert nur nicht richtig und wenigstens 2 Kapseln dazu wären schon gut. Wer führt schon immer Kapseln mit sich ?

The hotel is nice but it is a co-living property which was not mentioned or explained in your listing. As such it doesn’t have the amenities we usually see in a hotel, front desk help, coffee in the lobby, free breakfast, etc. that said, it seems great for young folks, not so much for seniors. We managed okay with help from some of the people staying here (all nice) and a few calls to the help line. It’s a nice place and probably a good model for less expensive, but still nice, lodging going forward, but not what we expected

This is an interesting place.... co-living apartments with a big community area and kitchen. Its nice overall. Being basically a temporary apartment type of living, there's maybe only one person working at any time. This isnt a big deal since most people live here (dont visit) and dont use the front desk much. My only criticism would be that the blankets are too small for 2 people to sleep under
