Property was well situated in Old Quebec for visiting local tourist sites. Bathroom and kitchen facilities were reasonably new. However, we stayed a week and found the smell from Subway Restaurant on main floor was overwhelming and unpleasant. There was no ability to open windows for fresh air. It would be helpful to have management provide soap for laundry machine for purchase on site. We had to search for a local store that sold soap and ultimately purchased a large bottle as that was all that was available. More bathroom towel bars or hooks please (only 1bar available) , as well as a drying rack for laundry. Living room furniture was a bit tired.

room security issue

location is amazing. matress is so comfortable. All the pans and pots were in bad condition. In fact, we were happy with everything overall. But there was a huge weakness in the most critical thing. security issue Login is done with the passwords sent via e-mail. The entrance door and apartment door password were the same. This gave us the impression that the password for all rooms was the same. If you are told that this is not the case and that the password for each room and exterior door is different, this may not solve your problem. Because a homeless person slept at the entrance of the apartment building with a subway for two days. He was a very kind person. There is nothing I can say to him in life circumstances. But if he sees the 4-digit password lying there out of the corner of his eye, he will be able to enter the room directly. There is no extra lock behind the door. While you are inside, you still face the possibility of someone breaking in with your password. This issue made us uncomfortable. It made us ignore all the other beauties.

Poor communication but nice accomodations

We weren't given access codes to our condo hotel until an hour before check in because we were told that they needed credit card information from us, but we never received an email from them requesting this information. Then when we arrived, there weren't adequate toiletries, there was only shampoo and 1 small bar of soap. I then had to request additional shampoo, conditioner and soap. Finally, we were supposed to have a Nespresso machine and a coffee maker in our unit, but all we had was a coffee maker with no filters or complimentary coffee provided. When I emailed them, they sent a staff member over who apologized, gave us a Nespresso machine and only 1 pod. We were told that we would be given more the next morning and then they didn't deliver. I will say that the loft was comfortable, clean and in a great location. However, the lack of attention to detail was a disappointment, especially since we had to go to go out and buy coffee every morning. For the amount of money we paid for this accomodation, I expected better service. We're not sure that we would stay with them again.

Great for a college couple.

Great location for our needs to see areas in old Quebec. It was a very small space as the bed greets you when you open the door. Larger kitchen space which would be great if we cooked but we didn’t have use for it. Overall, it was clean albeit small and basic, location outstanding but had NO elevator and walls were very thin. Pack eye plugs and it’s a good clean place to lay your head at the end of the day.

Stop in Old Quebec on way to New Brunswick

Very clean and well organized. Would have liked conditioner and coffee/tea. Shower was excellent, but only supplied shampoo and soap. Coffee maker but no coffee. Overall, it’s a great place. Overnight parking was easy to find, lots of scenic places to walk to, great location.

We left our ship early expecting to be able to leave our luggage and start sightseeing. Took a taxi to the place we had reserved. However, there is only one location with a reception. Took a taxi to that location to leave our luggage. They then sent us a code to enter our location. Returned to get our bags. They did call a taxi for us. Arrived, got in with the code, apartment was on the “1st F” 22 steps up. Thankfully, we packed light. We’re in our 70’s so not the best option for us. Will not book this place again. It was clean, warm, convenient to sightseeing and restaurants. The only reception we encountered was polite and helpful, but we prefer a reception and elevator on sight.

Very good location. Only problem was all communication in French so I never understood emails sent to me. Also since I was early before checkin time, I wish I had known to go to the main office first to check in and leave my luggage. Place was excellent in location.

This place is located in the heart of Old Quebec. It's clean, quiet and we had no issues getting the codes to get into the unit on the day. The stairs are steep to get to the 2nd and third floors. Difficult to manage with heavy luggage. The unit we were in (1a) was small. Enough room for a couple but felt crowded.
