Lucca is one of our favorite towns in Italy. Palazzo Tucci was perfect for our short stay. The palace is beautiful and intriguing, furnished with antiques and original paintings. It was a real experience to stay there. The breakfast was great and the ability to safely park our car in the courtyard fantastic! We were well-cared for by the host.

You must stay here

This was literally the best stay we had in our 2 months of travel. I highly recommend to anyone. Owners are descendants from 13th century owners of this palace and he is sooo nice. Really great location and you will feel like not only did you visit Lucca, but you visited it 400 years ago. Cannot say enough great things. It was a palace. It was a museum. It was a perfect and unforgettable experience.

Fascinating history, a step back in time. Beautiful breakfast presentation. Air conditioning system circulation was marginal but the weather was unusually hot during our stay. We didn’t have enough soap. Bars of soap were extremely small.
