Great self catering short stay accommodation!

Great location if visiting Lund. Bed comfort could be better but overall a great short stay option, particularly for families, if you want self catering!

A bit underwhelming

Ok overall but the room wasnt as cosy or family friendly as I hoped. No enough pillows for two people sleeping. We had a later checkin as we got the message that the room was still bring cleaned at 16:01 and then when we came in the floors were still wet. Parking is at convenient location next to the entrance

Doesn’t meet the price they ask for

Great location and modern apts but has some issues. Got really hot especially the west facing room I was in. Had to sleep windows opened in the first days of May. Can’t imagine trying to sleep there in summer. No AC. When windows are opened, there is a big car park beside it literally metres away. Car park gets noisy with cars, people doing stuff from early to late. Some people turn their music very loud etc. They can’t solve this but they can get AC or at least some ceiling fans. Apt doors soft close but then they all release instantly and slam. Almost like you can’t not slam them unless you wait for the slow closing until the end and hold the door. Neighbours doors can shake the wall behind you. The whole unmanned approach to reception is just a pain. Had to call their number multiple times and go through press this press that voice to get the luggage room opened and to learn how the cooker unlocks, which they didn’t know anyway. They give washing liquid, coffee machine etc but no shampoo and no salt. I am sure they would say no salt because of hygiene reasons but then how to restaurants give you reusable salt bottles or small sachets and it works? They try to charge extra for a lot of services. Checking in was not smooth because it kept saying 4pm then I got the code at 3.30pm but still said 4pm so is the code valid from arrival or 4pm? Just confusing and very factorised. Didn’t feel much of “hospitality” when trying to get in to an empty reception like a ghosted place.

JÀttebra lÀgenhet som hade allt vi behövde. Ett stenkast frÄn mataffÀr dÀr vi kunde köpa frukost. SÀngarna var jÀttesköna och de i vÄrt sÀllskap som anvÀnde bÀddsoffan tyckte den var acceptabel. KylskÄpsdörrens hyllor saknades och det var det enda som vi saknade.

Ett helt okej lÀgenhetshotell, men med tydliga skillnader i standard mellan rummen. Vi var tre sÀllskap som bodde samtidigt och upplevde stor variation, vissa rum var betydligt frÀschare Àn andra. Det var rent och stÀdat överlag, men hotellet skulle mÄ bra av en uppfrÀschning. Flera ytor var slitna och fÀrgen flagnade pÄ sina hÄll, vilket gav ett lite trÄkigt intryck trots att det i grunden var vÀlskött.

Jag skulle uppskatta om det i det utskickade mejlet med dörrkod m.m. Àven fanns konkret information om frukost, parkering och var soporna ska slÀngas. Vi lÀrde oss om frukost och sopor frÄn anslag i hissen. Parkering fick vi aldrig veta nÄgot om utan vi betalade (ganska dyrt) pÄ Coops perkering pÄ baksidan av Forenom. Bortsett frÄn denna brist i kommunikation var vi mycket nöjda med vistelsen.

Dejligt ophold lige i hjertet af Lund Personalet i receptionen hjalp med at arrangere parkering i parkeringshus, hvilket var ca 1/2 pris af anden mulighed. God morgenmad var inkluderet

FrÀscht boende med mycket centralt lÀge i Lund. Om du kommer med bil finns det direkt ingÄng frÄn P-platsen som du nÄr via Laboratoriegatan. FrÄn P-platsen finns sedan direkt utgÄng till MÄrtenstorget, mycket praktiskt. SjÀlva lÀgenheten Àr modernt inredd med utrustad med det som kan behövas.

Superfin lejlighed og god beliggenhed. OK morgenmad. Vi havde valgt hotellet fordi der var fitness. Der er ingen billeder af fitness rummet pÄ hjemmesiden, og det viste sig vÊre et lille bitte rum med en cykel, en cross trainer og en romaskine. Men hverken cyklen eller crosstraineren fungerede, sÄ det var ikke tilfredsstillende.
