We're very satisfied with the apartment! It's new and well-maintained. Very clean and safe. It's within a short and easy 15-min walk from the JB Customs and sheltered all the way. A breeze to check-in and out! The only improvement which we hope to see is the provision of hand towel in the bathrooms and kitchen. Other than this, all thumbs up for a spacious and comfortable stay for us.

Pleasant and comfortable.

Overall very pleasant. Rooms were spacious and clean, the beds were very comfortable. Towels provided. Very convenient with supermarket and restaurants and simple shopping downstairs. The air con remotes were low batt and could not display the temperature and mode, so we could not control the temperature.. it was very cold. There was a lot of car horn sounds from roads too.

Singaporean trip to JB

The staff picked up our calls every time. They will also call you to notify the check in time and willing to extend for 3 hours when we are having our late lunch. The security guards are kind and helpful to open the doors for you when my girlfriend hurt her toes during shopping. The scenery is wonderful at 8th floor and the unit is new, clean and furnished just like a 5 stars hotel. We enjoy our weekend getaway there and would definitely recommend to any couples!

Convenient, clean & cinema: Can walk from checkpoint (not lug too many luggage) via overhead link bridge. New condo unit with cooking facility & aircon. Great Empire movie cinema just at mall below. Checking in need to find though as big property.

Housekeeping can be better/ new property

It is clearly stated that there is a washing machine without specifying any types of room booked. I found out that there was no washing machine for studio apartment. Washing machine is only available for other kinds of rooms. Also, there were pans and knives but yet strangely there were no forks and spoons. No large glasses either. In the studio apartment, there were no high stools for eating at the kitchen table. The TV was also not directly in front of the bed. Security Guards were not quite aware of the address of the place even after I showed it to them. It took a while before the guards brought down the staff to bring us up. I think must call them. The actual unit number given to us was also not the same unit number given in the mail after we had booked. There were no signboards of saffroncasa any where. Hosts seemed surprised that we were checking in at 3 plus though we did not send any emails. On the ground floor of the condo, many parts were flooded from the rain. There was not showering facility or any sign stating that swimmers should shower first before getting into the pool. There were also no signs that users in the gym should bring along a towel and wipe the sets clean after use. As such there much perspiration on the seats. It was also a Long walk from the apartment to the gym and Swimming pool and made worse by the rain as large parts of the journey there were unsheltered. The security Guards were extremely on the ball and polite.

Convenient, comfortable & family-friendly

Staff respond promptly and was very friendly and helpful. Very convenient as it is connected to the bridge from JB CIQ/JB Sentral. Situated within the new R&F Mall so eateries, shops and cinema are all within the precinct. Good security. Apartment is very new, clean and has all that we needed. Just don't really like the pillow. It would be nice if the hotel could offer complimentary mineral water.

Good place for family

Good apartment, though Princess Cove is still under construction. The place will definitely be more enjoyable to stay once all is built up. The apartment is walking distance away from 2 malls (City Square and Komtar) and from the CIQ. Overall it is a recommended place to stay in JB. Highly recommended!
