Soap not topped up on room service. Rooms facing main road were noisy. I thought parking was free but it wasnt. Probably my bad for assuming that. Location fantastic.

Convenient Location

Good location - 15 Min walk to Chadstone Shopping Mall and 10 Min walk to Oakleigh Central or the Train station. Hotel beside cross junction, heavy traffic and noisy. Room next to the lift so can hear the sound of the lift movement especially early morning around 7+ where lots of movement.

Friendly staff, clean place, great location!

Great location, clean place and friendly staff! Will be great if there is movie channels. Access card is very sensitive to data loss, happened twice and cannot access into hotel.

Close to highway and chadstone mall.

Convenient and affordable stay but wish there was a heater in the bedroom instead of just the living room. The hot air doesnt travel in so you might need to take note of this if you're travelling during winter.

Pleasant Stay

My one-week stay at the hotel was pleasant and comfortable. The studio apartment that I booked was away from the main roads. It was quiet and both my husband and I were able to sleep well. The room also comes with a kitchenette with utensils and cutlery. On top of these, the car that my husband rented could be parked for free at the hotel. This made it very convenient for us.

The room was lovely but sadly it was noisy and there was no sleeping in that traffic never stops. The room did not have adequate supply of tea or coffee or any sugar or milk so we will not be coming back ever! Other persons checking out were also complaining

Booked a one bedroom apartment. Clean and quite spacious. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. As we drove from Adelaide, we were able to park onsite. Walking distance to Oakleigh. Nice Chinese restaurant next door (we ordered take away). We would stay there again.

I travel for work The bed was extremely in bad shape, when i asked at the desk I was informed. “ yes some of them are, we don’t have the finances to change them all”. The traffic noise is extremely disruptive at all hours of the day and worse at night, and the middle of the night.
