Very conveniently located. Just 5 minutes' walk to Liverpool city centre. Good amenities. The only grouse is the cleanliness. There was hair and dust on the floor when we entered the room. Other than that it was all good.

beds were comfortable, shower could be improved. centralized location with friendly service staff. however, more could be done to manage traffic outside the accommodation as there was limited space to unload the luggage and stopping at the nearest possible area was a parking violation.

Clean hotel,

For the negatives… The room was very hot even though we turned the thermostat all the way down. There was only one lift working for the 8 floors and we were on floor 8. We even walked up with our luggage to save waiting a long time for the lift as there was a big queue. We had to pay £15 parking even though it said parking was included. Very noisy. Positives… The room was very clean and the hotel is in a good location. Very secure too.

The hotel was very comfortable. Outstanding location. The staff was amazing. The room was quite comfortable and spotless. The only negative or possible drawback would be if you have a car you can’t park out front while you check in. There is a garage so parking is readily available. But there’s no Lyft from the garage to the hotel and you are required to either walk around or carry your luggage down the stairs. Other than that, I have nothing bad to say about this property. If you’re visiting Liverpool, I would highly recommend.

Nice location. But the fire alarm going off was an issue. Did not like the bathroom so much as it was designed for disabled folks. No bathtub just a curtain with water getting all over the bathroom.
